Brought a Specialized Rockhopper Sport for our son via the website and according to the manufacturer's size chart. Delivery was white glove which was great. Unfortunately the bike was too small when our son sat on it. Called the shop and spoke to Finn who said to fetch it into the shop and we could swap for another size. Greeted at the shop by Carl who was extremely helpful and swapped the bike for the correct size with a small wait while they set the new one up for us. Really helpful staff, lovely shop. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Martin has helped sort out the correct wheel after I had purchased one that didn't fit. My low expectations where shattered by his friendly knowledgeable and uncritical approach. He has kept me informed all the way through the returns and reorder process

I ended up buying 2 s works venge stems at separate times and both of them came with no cable clamp for under the stem. Contacted them and said they would send out, nothing turned up so i had to spend more money on buying the cable clamps.
