Bike was meant to be delivered fully…
Bike was meant to be delivered fully assembled but wasn't. Back wheel wasn't trued and the headset was loose.
Very disappointing.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant, friendly service.
Bought a Haibike e bike at a very good price, it was delivered to me at the other end of the country, fully assembled & ready to ride.
When I wanted to upgrade the dropper seat post, they supplied this at a very good price.

Called to make sure they had the last tyre in stock as been let down by two other retailers as the stock didn't actually exist... Helpful staff and tyre in the post next morning. Nicely packaged. Perfect

Friendly staff very nice to speak to but I got delivered the wrong bike and mine has gone to someone else.
I Have been informed today a week later it will be next week now (2 weeks later ) to receive my bike and get the other one picked up. So I am still waiting.
