Fabulous customer service! Prompt personal replies, and they dealt with my query proactively even trying to contact Royal Mail about my return parcel that had gone astray.
My orders have always arrived promptly and the items have been great quality.

Great company with high quality products
We have bought several chains from The Chain Hut over the past few years. They are always great quality and arrive swiftly well packaged in a nice gift box.

Brilliant Service
I bought a chain for my son before Christmas which I have unfortunately had to return. This is purely because someone else had done same so it was not needed.
Tony, has been so courteous and excellent in understanding and issuing the refund and I honestly feel so disappointed at returning it. It was a beautiful item and would definitely buy from TCH again.
If anyone is considering a purchase, go ahead as you won’t be disappointed.

Have ordered several times from the chain hut. 12/12/24 the chains were so nice, I ordered more items on 16/12/24 The jewellery is beautiful, excellent prices, customer service helped me when I had problem ordering with my ipad, couldn't believe the delivery was so quick especially at this time of the year. Most jewellery is sent in little plastic bags, not so here. Lovely presentation boxes and pouch to keep chain clean and safe. No hesitation about recommending to anyone looking for a reliable, professional jewellers with lovely selection of chains.

I ordered the wrong size chain and was in a panic but the customer service was outstanding! Very quick to respond and very helpful. The exchange was simple and next day re delivery. Will definitely be using teh chain hut again for future purchases.

Great customer service when I messed up the postcode on my order, this was sorted out by Tony and the team so quickly and efficiently.

Silver chain not right, delivery/returns not free
I ordered a Spiga Wheat chain to go with a silver pendant. The price was good, the weight was good, when it arrived it was well packaged and well made but...it was such bright white silver it didn't go with my pendant (which is brand new). Nor did it match any of my other sterling silver jewellery (a mix of new and vintage), and worn next to other silver necklaces it looks extremely odd as its so 'white'. It didn't say it was rhodium plated so I don't why it looks like this. I assume customers must want or expect silver to look like this but it doesn't have the warmth or depth I would associate with sterling silver. So I'm very disappointed. I'm debating about returning it or oxidising it to make it darker, as I've realised returns are not free, I have to send it back at my own expense. If you add the delivery charge, plus return cost (e.g. £2.70 for Royal Mail 48) that's nearly £6 for trying on a piece of jewellery! So that would make me very reluctant to order again...I think jewellery is very personal, you need to see it, touch it, and try it on before deciding whether it is right for you or not. You can't decide based on pictures online. So unless free delivery and/or free returns are offered, I will not be ordering again.

There are several reasons why the chain may not match your existing or brand-new jewellery. Briefly, sterling silver is naturally brighter when brand new and will inevitably dull over time. Rhodium-plated sterling silver, on the other hand, is darker, as rhodium is a member of the platinum family of metals and offers more consistency of colour over time. While there are common shades of rhodium plating in the industry, other retailers may even use ‘white rhodium,’ which is even brighter.
The item you have opted for is sterling silver without rhodium plating. Unlike other retailers, we take care to clearly label items if they are with rhodium plating in the specification table or description, because we recognize that anything affecting colour shades is important, particularly in pendant matching.
Regarding free returns - though we take on board your comments, our returns policy is transparently provided prior to purchase.

Excellent store for chain lovers!
I recently bought a necklase and I'm simply amazed with its quality, style and packing that arrived in. Each opening on that box felt so satisfying for some reason.
