Great service

I purchased a game and the money was taken from my account. The company have then emailed me a few days later to say they didn't have the game and it couldn't be sourced until after the time I wanted it for. I have been informed I'm going to receive a refund but as of yet this has not been forthcoming. Very disappointing.

Exceptional! I asked my son on Wednesday evening if there were any games he wanted for Christmas and he said Hades on PS4. Had a look round for best prices and The Chelsea Gamer came up on Google search. I usually stick to vendors I've used before if I'm honest but decided to give The Chelsea Gamer a go. I ordered the game Wednesday night, had the despatch email the following morning and the game was delivered Friday afternoon by Royal Mail. Absolutely brilliant service! Will definitely be adding them to my bookmarks for future purchases!

As the years go by it becomes increasingly difficult to source New Old Stock. Thankfully, Hemal at The Chelsea Gamer was able to assist me. I called to confirm if indeed the item, a discontinued Logitech 700s mouse, was indeed new & sealed to which was confirmed. He knows his stuff & is a knowledgeable chap. I proceeded to purchase via their web portal, received my well packaged item shortly afterwards & received a nice email afterwards letting me know about other hard to find legacy Logitech stock. I would highly recommend this business.

Stumbled across Chelsea gamer had it in stock, genuinely didn't think I'd get it despite ordering, as ordered elsewhere in the past to be told it was not in stock a week or so later.

But it arrived today, beyond happy to add it to my collection :)

I purchased a game through cazeer on Sunday evening (today is wednesday) and was charged £5.40 for postage and packaging. The game hasn't arrived, no tracking has been provided and it's an Xbox game so it's probably being sent at the cost of the cheapest stamp if it's been sent out at all. So greedy adding the stealth charge through the p&p charge that clearly wasn't used for tracked delivery.
