Waste of time..
Cancelled order due to their delivery company asking for specific information that was not provided by either the Seller or the delivery company, only to be told later by the courier company, that driver had made an error and delivery should have been made. I paid £9.00 for next day delivery. That dint happen.
Rather than be apologetic they came across like it was my fault. I immediately cancelled the undelivered order and purchased from elsewhere, for same day delivery.

We appreciate that DPD did make a mistake when delivering your item, in that they asked for a pin, when it was not a pin delivery. We did apologise for there being an issue with your delivery that was out of our control.
I'd also like to point out that we were closed over Christmas, but one of our team, made sure your order was sent out within this period too. Order placed on the (boxing day) 26th at 8pm, delivery attempted on the 28th in the morning. We can do much better then that especially on a 2-3 express day service. All perfectly visible on our site at the time.
We did also find your emails at best, rude, and chose not to engage further with you except for on a transactional basis, we apologised, refunded and we move on. We're glad you managed to get what you needed with Argos!
