I had a very good experience with Cleaning gurus staff. Cleaning operatives are Punctual and professional and did a good job. The office coordinators are very helpful. Thank you, will book on regular basis.

NOT PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS!!!
Apart from bad communication prior to the job, this company falsely advertises: NOT Deep Cleaning (End of Tenancy) clean! They were late, took them only 3hrs to complete a 3-bed flat (as a surface clean) and left many areas in the kitchen still sticky and mucky with huge amounts of dust on the top elements, etc. from the previous tenants. The job done was definitely NOT worth £200 and they wasted our time as we had to do the cleaning ourselves as we had no time left to hire another company before the movers got in. Very disappointing and would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND...!!!
They also expect part of the payment to be made in cash directly to the cleaners for tax avoidance purposes.

Poor end of tenancy cleaning.

Paid £147.00 (they refund £30) for a 1 bedroom flat, which was done i a rush, took 2h only.

RESULT of the check-out report: State agency requested a new cleaning which was deducted from my deposit.
Fair enough it was poorly done.

Advice: ask your state agency for the company they use for the service that way you can make sure it follow the standards.

Less than a month ago, two supposed to be called "cleaners" from this company came to do an end of tenancy service. What a nightmare! They used the same 2 cleaning cloths to clean all the flat, but the worst part of the story is that i caught them at the end "cleaning" the inside of the fridge, all the shelves, with the same filthy cloth! Unbelievable!
They left stains on all the stainless steel kitchen appliances, windows had still grime on the surface, they left all the rubbish behind!
They requested to return to continue the cleaning, but i deeply denied, their cleaning service is totally inappropriate!
Never again Cleaning gurus!

I paid the full amount, however the cleaners left having not completely cleaned my oven, needless to say it resulted in my oven been left black and unhygienic!

I know I should have posted my review sooner but have had issues with my computer!

I would give the company a 5 star review. I had bad tenants who left without cleaning the flat. I range Cleaning Gurus and they quickly arranged a date and provided a quote straightaway.
I had to change date once and change the service too after initial booking because of builder work and Christmas etc.
Cleaning Guru accomodated my needs without any issues. The quality of work is great too. They removed the stains on two mattreses and saved me buying new ones.
They are honest and hard working people who don't play you around. I am pleased I have chosen them based on their good reviews and that's why I come here to write a long review.

The worst cleaning job I have experienced.

Due to arrive at 2pm, told me in the morning they couldn't come til 4pm but then showed up at 4.45pm. This was an extremely expensive clean, £30 an hour for two cleaners plus the charge paid to Cleaning Gurus and a lot of parts of the flat were still dusty at the end. They couldn't be bothered to lift things up and clean under them & an entire wall of floor to ceiling shelves which were empty had been missed. Disappointed

Due at 08.30 turned up at 11.20am 2 people not 5.

They looked around doubled their quote and sat outside smoking. I rejected the quote and I was then bombarded with reasons why I would not get my deposit back.

Avoid at all costs - I preferred to pay twice as much for emergency cleaning but would but give them anything.

Best cleaners I have had. I never have to correct them and I love the cleaning products they use in my house. Would definetly recommend.

I had my house cleaned the other week, I’m so happy with how well it was done definitely will be using cleaning gurus indefinitely. Very happy! Please come back soon. ☺️☺️☺️ x

Terrible experience using Cleaning Gurus. All the cleaners provided by them did an inconsistent and unsatisfactory job every time. Every session there would be at least one thing missed and normally more. One time they didn't even mop the house and it's all wooden floors! Despite sending our list of what needed to be done countless times to the organisation and even printing it out for the cleaners they seemingly ignored it and nothing ever improved. In addition, in just 5 months we had a turnover of 3 cleaners as they kept having to 'go back to their home country for family emergencies' according to management. Despicable service and then when we left, they tried to hold me to ransom by refusing to process the cancellation of our future cleaning services till their final invoice (for a clean where it was not done to satisfaction yet again! was processed). Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

Every clean we have had from Cleaning Gurus has been average, when you comment on it afterwards, there is never any comment and they say that is the standard of the clean. 3 times in a row now, I have had a cleaner cancel 2 days before they are due to come with no solution or help for an alternative cleaner, leaving childcare and work rearrangements to accommodate them wasted! Would not recommend them at all.

BEWARE! Unreliable and unprofessional. Did not turn up or contact me to say they were not coming when I was a new customer offering regular work for them. When I contacted the company they told me the cleaner was in hospital (really?!). No apology. No offer of an alternative. There are better cleaning companies out there - my advice would be to steer clear of this bunch of clowns.

Cleaning Gurus were fantastic, I needed my new empty flat cleaned as soon as possible because it was too dirty for my baby, and they got back to me extremely quickly with a great competitive price. They could fit me in within two days and the cleaning service was thorough, friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
