The Coaching Institute Opiniones

It was great to be in a community where I felt heard/seen, and very aligned to what my values are. The training was simple yet precise and valuable, and there was a clear effort to promote engagement, fun and a safe space. Leaving this training now with new perspectives, knowledge and network to help me succeed.

This school is different. Offers so much, while fiercely putting their students and community in the drivers seat. Loving, quirky and fun.
After 3 months with ICI, I can attest that things are clearly laid out for new students, overwhelm is not an option, and following the system and applying the tools will get you where you want to go.

The magical Safe and non judgemental environment ICI has been able to create is phenomenal. It delivered more than I expected, a life changing course in terms of getting to learn about MYSELF!
I wish all the best to ICI and myself to grow and shine together along the way!

Joining the Coaching Institute and the Meta Dynamics Fundamentals training has been the absolute best use of my time, growing my bandwidth for capacity and understanding of self on this journey of coaching.

I recently completed this training and found it genuinely transformative. It offered deep insight into myself and helped me learn to welcome every part of who I am with kindness and compassion. It was a beautiful, meaningful journey with ICI, one that will stay with me for a long time.

Over 3 days Rashid shared many examples and stories to highlight points, techniques and frame and models. The live coaching was special and unreplaceable. The practice is where the gold and learning is. The learning is immense and layered and I am taking this forward with myself and my loved ones.

ICI Coaching ran a 3 day training on Parts/Protectors and inner healing. It was incredible the awareness of this world were you gain the insight and structure AND emotional connect where you can do the work to move from a life where you are run by parts to you being more present. If you feel your mind gives you multiple options at once or you go back and forward unable to make a choice, or running unhelpful strategies - this is a world for you to explore

This training was powerful, practical, and deeply insightful. I learned so much about parts work, self-leadership, emotional safety, and the importance of being fully present as a coach. Rashid’s teaching and live demonstrations made the learning very real and meaningful.

I learned a lot over the three days - especially the last two days. I wasn't sure what the course would entail going in, and it surpassed my expectations. Thank you.

This experience of this training in Meta dynamic fundamentals was amazing. Enjoying the learning about inner work around Parts, I grew as a coach, learning to go deeper.
I recommend this place if you need a great in-depth training around Personal growth and to be a great coach

In the Meta Dynamics Fundamentals 3-day course at the International Coaching Institute in Melbourne, I have witnessed and experienced transformation through learning about the MD Parts work. Thanks Rashid for his leadership in this endeavour and the ICI Team in the background helping things to run smoothly.

Meta Dynamics Fundamentals has been one of the best investments I've made in myself. The insights, self-awareness, and practical tools I've gained have had a lasting impact on both my personal and professional life.

If you're considering it, I'd wholeheartedly encourage you to take the journey.

The awareness that was created was phenomenal! I thought I understood a lot about my personal journey, but now it all makes so much sense as to why & I can continue to Grow & Heal & give myself real Joy!!

Rashid is a wonderful coach. He truly cares for each and every coach he helps develop. The level of support is amazing on this journey with amazing body of work

Love the level of depth of the education that is both healing and applicable in our coaching practice. The sense of strong community cultivated in every training is phenomenal too.

ICI is an absolutely phenomenal training institute, they don't only educate you, they fully embrace you and support you every step of the way!
