The Coaching Institute Opiniones

Rashid and team and truly amazing. They are all in and over deliver with training.

The Meta Dynamics Fundamentals training was absolutely incredible. I came into the training with high expectations, and that by the end of it, were absolutely met and then some! Thank you so much Rashid! You've changed my life and I'm so inspired to bring Parts Inner Work to my current and future clients.

I am looking foward to incorporating Meta Dynamics frameworks into my coaching, to help people explore and realise who they truly are.

I love feeling the inclusivity of The Coaching Institute and how everyone is so supportive. I feel so supported.

watching Rashid coaching in practice and then practicing myself was excellent and Trialing what we learnt invaluable

Attending the Meta Dynamics Fundamentals training at ICI was one of the most empowering experiences I've had.

I can't put into words how incredible the support, encouragement, and genuine care from both the mentors, ICI team, and the community was. From the moment I joined in, I felt seen, believed in, and safe enough to challenge myself in ways I never thought I could.

I took action on things that felt incredibly scary, but with the support of everyone around me, I did it. I left feeling proud of myself, full of energy, and with a level of confidence I didn't have before.

I truly don't believe I would have been able to experience that kind of growth without being part of ICI. If you're considering the training but feeling nervous, I'd say lean in - you'll be supported every step of the way.

This training has been a truly meaningful and transformative journey for me. It has not only developed my skills as a coach but has also created a deeper understanding of myself, my purpose, and the impact I want to have in supporting others.

It has taken my understanding of myself to a different level. Thanks for the trainning.

This training was amising. Amasing experience of introspection and learning how to help people. We all need it

Too hard to put into one sentence or paragraph, just do it. Don't overthink it, just do it. The content, quality, support, coaches and resources are AMAZING!

The fact that this learning is both powerful for my own self development as well as making a huge difference for my clients is phenomenal. A win win!!

this was really great experience to learned so many new insights. will be life changing.

I joined TCI in 2019. The knowledge and intense learning of the human mind, behaviour, and coaching methodologies over 3 years, and refreshing and building upon it along the way to date, have impacted me in so many ways and helped me become the person I am today to create the vision I am passionate about. The quality of the learning experience is second to none. TCI/ICI will always feel like home to me!

I absolutely loved the Meta Dynamics Profiler Training. It gave me a practical, step-by-step framework that has completely changed the way I use profiling in my coaching. Instead of simply explaining a client's results, I can now guide them towards greater clarity, deeper self-awareness, and meaningful action. The process is easy to follow, highly practical, and creates immediate value for clients while naturally leading into a personalised coaching journey. It has given me greater confidence, more structure, and a professional framework that aligns perfectly with how I coach. I highly recommend it to any coach wanting to create deeper conversations, lasting transformation, and a greater impact for their clients.

I thoroughly enjoyed the MDPT training. Over two days, we were guided through clear, practical steps on how to use the tool effectively with clients.

It gave me clarity, confidence, and a simple 8-step process for client conversations that makes the sales process feel natural and effortless.

A powerful blend of structure and simplicity that supports deeper client insight and more authentic coaching conversations.

It's the best training ever if you want a professional coaching business. The level of detail, value, and mind-blowing moments are unbelievable. Just follow the system....get the results.

Attending Meta Dynamics Profiling Tool (MDPT) training has been phenomenal, giving me insight into the tool's power, guidance on how to incorporate it into my program offerings, and the opportunity to learn from other students about how they use it in their business strategies. Learning how to have sales conversations and positioning MDPT tools as part of my offering is a powerful takeaway from this weekend. Thank you, Rashid and Remi for an epic training.

The scope and depth of the training in the Meta Dynamics Profiler diagnostic tool, and the continued support afterwards is phenomenal. The value of this cannot be overstated. Highly recommended to any coach wanting to positively impact the lives of others.

Meta Dynamic profiling training is an amazing gift. This training has provided me insights into thinking of human behavior where I could easily find my blind spots and helped me establish framework to work on these which would empower me in my relationships, professional, and personal journey . Thank you, Rashid, for this amazing training.
