Edited Jan 2023: Cocktails eventually started arriving regularly and are always delicious.

Signed up for an annual subscription. Received the first month then nothing. Emailed a week ago and was told the kit was on the way but still nothing and now no replies to my emails either.
I never leave bad reviews but this company has essentially just stolen my money and I want to save others the experience.

Edited: received kits mid-Sept, not sure if these are for August or September so keeping a low star rating for now. Also still no communication from the company.

We ordered several kits as thank yous for work on a big project. We were particualrly interested in the mojitos kit as they contained Equiano rum which was one of our sponsors. However when the kits arrived, they contained Barcardi - definitely a cheaper option. Also two of our kits never arrived with Evri once again proving a poor choice in delivery partner. Very disappointed overall.

My cocktail set was missing two items, I contacted them about this and haven’t heard anything back in more than two weeks.

I would not recommend getting a subscription with The Cocktail Man. The cocktails are nice enough but they are more often than not sent out late or not at all. When trying to contact them they do not respond.

Wonderful service! An error that I made was sorted out quickly and efficiently. So lovely to be able to deal with humans and not just a computer. I shall definitely be using this company again!

Beautifully packaged and everything you need to make a special treat. A subscription or just a one off would make a lovely gift. Some of the offerings were a bit sweet for me but the options are there to make your own cocktail - and I did !

Delivery was super duper delayed. And when I tried to cancel the order, they didn't pick up my request until it had gone out the door. It doesn't matter how great the product is, if customer service is shoddy I won't buy again and I won't recommend.

Poor service, failed to deliver on time - was supposed to arrive for Easter, yet had not been dispatched a week after.

Original bottle leaked during transit. I emailed and was dealt with speedily and courteously. A free replacement was with me within days. A very friendly service and top quality product - thank you! 🥂

Ordered a gift in April for mums birthday. The order didn’t not arrive within the 3-5 days and I received no reply to the three emails I sent requesting an update. The gift finally arrived over three weeks after the order was placed and I have not had any reply.
Terrible customer service.
Will not use again.

absolutely love this company! there is an excellent selection of delicious cocktails to choose from, and not just the same 5 you get in every bar - they have so many themed ones for different holidays/events which is really cool! plus the customer service has been really helpful when i’ve had questions about my order! i’ll definitely be ordering this again :)

After a couple of issues with original order which were more than compensated for with replacement goods, we were very happy with the product and would use again.

The whole ordeal was really disappointing. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive only to find out the order was incorrect and a cocktail set was missing. Five of my emails were ignored until I did get a reply asking me to reach out to a different person( maybe forward my email to them and ask them to reach out to me!). They did send the replacement set out fairly quickly after acknowledging it but by this point the excitement and joy of the gift had diminished. The gift message is essentially just an invoice of your order and its barely legible so I wouldn't bother writing on and some parts of the kit don't come in the gift box which essentially just makes them look like an after thought add on which was very strange however the box itself looked lovely. The website leads you into this false pretense of ordering from a slick cocktail company however the service that was delivered was far from what I would expect for the price tag. I sincerely hope moving forward they can improve on their service but for now I wouldn't waste your money.

I left a 1 star review below following an easter order. I cannot edit that now to provide an update but I wanted to be transparent about my interaction with the company. They have since given me a mo question refund, many apologies in addition to very generous resolution which I had not anticipated. I am grateful to deal with a professional and friendly person. To be fair, it did take a review on here to finally prompt a response but the response was fair and professional. Thanks guys

The inital package I ordered for Easter was disappointing and not suitable for gifting. (Easter egg cocktail kit, where the point of the product was to make the cocktail and drink it out of the egg). This was because the easter egg that arrived was crushed during shipping, which negated the point of the gift.
While the customer service team was slow to respond over easter due to bank holidays etc, I am very satisfied with the compensation I received for my inital disappointment. I was given 2 intact eggs and 4 shots of orange gin as an apology, meaning I now got way more than my money's worth. Its always good to find an online retailer that takes care of their customers.

What a fab company, I ordered an Espresso Martini kit for a gift, sadly first one was lost in the post, (not company's fault) I emailed the team and got a speedy reply from Melissa who sorted everything, and 2 days later the kit arrived, really happy with the contents and presentation and over the moon with the company customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Easter kit ordered. Delivered on Easter Saturday damaged - cocktail had leaked over everything. I can understand that these things happen but it is now 2 weeks later and nothing has been done to either give me a refund or a replacement. Very poor customer service.

Made a complaint and got a very professional and swift response! Confidence restored!

A treat for Easter , ordered the espresso martini kit and the combo box of cupcakes
Unfortunately the cup cakes were only the one flavour however this was quickly corrected. Absolutely delicious and the best espresso martini I've had and trust me I've tried lots lol
