7pm same day dispatch- unless you order before 7, but too close to 7, and it’s an aim not a guarantee 🙃
Can I please recommend you update your delivery info to reflect actual dispatch cut offs. On the banner on the website it clearly says 7pm same day dispatch, and in the info section it says ‘order by 7pm for next day delivery’.
I ordered at 18.53 which is before 7pm but it wasn’t dispatched that day. When I queried with customer services I was told ‘ We do always aim to dispatch out all orders same day if orders are placed prior to 7pm however this is not guaranteed and the order was placed in very close proximity to the cut off time.’
If it isn’t guaranteed, and 7 minutes before 7 is cutting it too fine then please update your wording to reflect this.
I’m not being pedantic to expect that if I order before 7pm my order will be dispatched same day as outlined on the website. I chose to order from here based on the fact I expected my order to be dispatched that day as that is the wording used on the website.
I was told they will pass my feedback on but can’t guarantee any wording will be changed- so bear in mind when ordering that it’s only an aim and if you’re too close to 7pm (but who knows how close?) you will have to make do with them ‘promptly’ dispatching the next day.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, we do always aim to dispatch out all orders same day if the order is placed prior to 7pm but this cannot always be guaranteed depending on order volumes or other mitigating circumstances, but we do always intend to dispatch same day if order placed prior to 7pm, next day delivery is not guaranteed with Evri standard delivery, we do say to allow 1 to 3 working days from dispatch, and that in the vast majority of cases delivery can occur the very next day, this is evidenced by our many 5 star reviews with comments about fast delivery.
We are sorry that their was a subtle delay with dispatch of your order, and would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your customer and wish you a nice weekend.

Getting order next day don't have to…
Getting order next day don't have to wait on them getting delivered only problem I have is the package is opened when I receive it the last twice but it was all their other than that no problem with the delivery.
