Great products, dodgy delivery
TECC Is very good, the products are good and the service and customer service are excellent.
You are being let down by using Evri as your courier. on numerous occasions they just dont deliver the order, when i phone you up to tell you i have not received my order, its sorted out quickly by using DPD. My current order has been with Evri for 5 davs with no update, and if it isnt delivered tomorrow morning. Your customer service informed me they will send out a replacement order with DPD.
I Like your products and have been using them for 2 1/2 years, but the Evri delivery is a lottery,so much so as i order a week early now, as i expect there to be a problem with them.
