As a seasoned HR professional, I 'thought' my CV was okay but I was finding it difficult to get traction in securing interviews for the roles I was seeking.

I met with Jeremy from The Fuller CV for an hour and had a great discussion with him around how we could reposition some of the statements on my CV to have greater impact. His advice was excellent and following the conversation he made a number of suggested edits to both my CV and Linked In profile that were invaluable.

Following his input, I got much more traction in securing interviews for the type of roles I was looking for and even some of the executive search firms that I had been working with commented that my revised CV was far superior to the original version.

Therefore, I highly recommend The Fuller CV and Jeremy in particular.

I had a meeting with a recruiter for 2h.

They pushed for me to take an extra 1h, as I had originally planned on 1h. The argument was my work history was significant.
Maybe fair enough.

But that was obviously extra money for them to get.

The recruiter was nice enough, so I thought it was going to be great.

However, upon receiving my CV back. He had made up numbers out of nowhere. We never communicated about that. Lot of improvements, from a % perspective were completely made up by him. I realized he didn't understand much of I.T, despite being an I.T recruiter, allegedly, as some bits he added made little sense.

I applied to a few jobs with that CV, matching those job adds from 95% upwards.

I got rejected 5 times (I'm a Senior), no interview, nothing.

Therefore I emailed the company, the recruiter himself and his boss, asking if they could enlighten me on what could have caused it, as the CV and the job description matched really well.

I never got even a simple email to say I needed to pay or something. They completely ignored me, and just no sense of sales here.

Very disappointed by how much lies were added to my CV, and no contact afterwards. It wasn't part of the package to reply to my query, but a good company would have, at least to suggest like a 10/15min review and suggest a price.

Avoid at all cost

Always recommend friends use Fuller CV. When recruiters and companies look for candidates they are inundated with CV's. I found that even before recruiters or companies post job openings, they will first search online for potential candidates. This means your CV and online profile must be attractive. For many years I had made the mistake of thinking my CV is perfect but I did not get the role I really wanted. A friend of mine suggested to use the Fuller CV service. I bought a package from them and after they revamped my CV, I received a an interview invite within a week and started a week later on a large 12 year contract role. I have over the years recommended each of my friends and relatives to use the Fuller CV service and without fail, they all did benefit. My previous experience was so much better than this time around. Last time I was given a writer who recruited within banking so they were able to really interview me and the cv was excellent.

This time, I paid £299.00 for the Executive and ended up with a generic professional cv. The writer was trying his best but he did not understand the compliance industry i am working in. I feel really let down and wasted money. I have to find another company to try see if there is a different way they can help me. I still feel that my cv is weak and if i have no confidence behind it then surely it will not shine through. I feel there is something lacking that the writer despite talking to me several times could not nail it.

The writer was a recruiter but i do not feel he understood the industry in order to provide me with the best service. I did not get any scrutiny about my roles especially to bring out the executive side and make me a strong candidate at this level. He was a very nice gentleman and tried his best but all in all, i feel my CV is not for an expert but just an ordinary professional cv. I

The LinkedIn and cover letter is just the same as my cv so i do not understand how the price can be that high if it is just the same.

Pile of absolute crap - once again a poor service from a company who only provide a telephone based service.

They have lost most of their internet based business to Top CV who are 10 times worse.

Professional and Timely Service! I would highly recommend their CV service for anyone who is restarting a career. I've purchased a Premium Package from Fuller CV recently. At first I was a little bit skeptical as I read some not so good reviews on the internet on some of the websites however the end result I received was above my expectations.

I've used The Fuller CV Ltd twice now to have my CV written, and then updated when I changed jobs.
I have approached other companies who are cheaper, but was not happy with the end result at all.
The consultation process with The Fuller CV is very detailed. The writer I worked with kept pushing for information that'd make my professional profile stand-out from the pile. When I got my first CV back, I felt delighted as I was reading it, almost felt like it was "too good to me about me". It got me so many interviews, I had to turn some down.

When I worked with the company a second time, recently. I was just as impressed with the results. In less than two months afterwards. I was offered a more senior role as a result of being headhunted directly by a company.
