The FullerCV did great job. It's more than just writing a CV: they opened my eyes and helped me understand what I am.

Having only used this company once and being biased in my opinion as the resulting CV was a major part of me getting my job, i was extremely satisfied with the service they provided.

A special note must go to Helen for her continuous lines of communication, which were paramount in me receiving a quality product detailing the correct and relevant information.

Although i doubt if i would ever need there service again, i would highly recommend this service to any of my clients should they wish to gain a piece of high quality, professional and relevant CV.

honestly I have no time on me at all and the fact that I trusted fuller cv to do my cv for me, was a great step. I haven't yet got a job but i have been sending my cvs off to different companies within the industry I'm hoping to get into. Chris Skinner was very helpful they dedicated a lot of time and effort to helping me get the cv i wanted.

After applying for a few roles with no success, I enlisted The Fuller CV for my cover letter, CV and Linkedin. I was extremely happy with what I received back.
I therefore got the service for my husband, who was also looking for a new role. Within 4 days of my husband uploading his CV onto job sites, he was called by a potential recruiter and invited for an interview. He starts with them in a couple of weeks.
Since my CV was re-written, I have applied for 1 role, which i have been offered the job.
when you book a conversation, you are asked which industry/job role you are in and offered someone from that area, which can make the most of their understanding of what recruiters would be looking for. As a result, both our CVs are different, but clearly did the job.
Extremely happy with the service and absolutely no hesitations in recommending them to anyone.

I was called by this company when I was job searching - I have been in the same role quite a while so I hadn't done much to my CV but I didn't realise how much more was expected in a CV, its no longer a case of you have the qualifications we will interview you - even though I am educated to Masters level with a project management qualification and a continuous history of being employed still no one was calling me! I knew I had the skills they needed so it was annoying that I wasn't getting called to interview so when I saw the free review option I just went for it to see what they would say (i thought it would be the standard junk but actually they made some very valid points).

After a week of still not getting anymore interviews despite making several change I opted for the paid service & I am glad I did. I am now actually getting calls for jobs that I am qualified to do & I have a choice of 3 potential jobs so now I am the one in control again!

So overall very happy & great service, especially if your like me & haven't been job hunting in a while the search isn't as easy as you think & the redundancy funds unfortunately don't last forever!

Presented with the opportunity for a free CV review either by phone or chat I opted for a review by chat. The Fuller CV web chat representative stated that the reviews are normally done over the phone. So I quoted verbatim what the e-mail said. The chat went dead for 8 minutes. Only after prompting to see if they were still there did I get a response. The response I could deal but 8 mins is a heck of a long time to keep a potentially new customer waiting in a chat room with no indication of what they were doing in the background.

The answer was basically we're busy and it has to be done over the phone. No problem but why did it take that long to tell me such a straightforward answer? Why did I as a potentially new customer have to prompt to see if anybody was still there?

Anyway, indicating that I was unhappy with the service I asked to be transferred to their supervisor. It took a while for the response to come back so in the interim I called the company on the phone. I went over the situation with a very nice person who apologised and offered to go over my CV with me. Meanwhile the web person came back with an e-mail address. I replied don't worry I am talking to somebody about this on the phone right now. The response was a sarcastic "great". So my answer to the CV review by phone was a resounding no. I did not want a company who couldn't make a good first impression for itself working on my CVs image. I suggested that the company have a word with the webchat person and gave the webchat persons name. I was asked to repeat it and the person sounded shocked and said the webchat person was the owner or one of the owners. At that point you know you’re totally wasting your time. If the owners have no respect for their customers that ethos will filter down from the top to the worker bees. I notice this to be true by a lack of “the customer is always right” responses from the company on this forum. We may not always be right but abrasive customer service will come back to bite the company in the posterior. I will be interested to see how well thought out any response to this review will be.

In the end I laughed and basically said forget it. There was no point trying to complain. Meanwhile the chat was still open and so I said I knew he was the company owner to which he said that he was not the owner and I clarified that he was one of the owners. No response to that so I said what a fantastic first impression and enjoy your day. The cracker was that as one of the company owners of a business specialising in handling CVs right down to grammar and proof reading them responded with, “enjoy your day to”. So I reminded him that he should have typed “too”. Now I know that my grammar and spelling may not be 100% but then I am not trying to make money out of helping others with it!

My old CV had stretched to 4 pages and was not getting me through to interview. After just over an hour on the phone my new CV came back within a couple of days and really appears to be hitting the mark.

Dreadful. Avoid like the plague. Barely literate CV and their "so called" expert hasn't delivered a single thing in months.

It was so easy to talk to my advisor on the phone and within 4 days it was emailed to me.

Skeptical at first, but very pleased with the professionalism of all contacts and final result.

Had a call with a lovely guy who helped me identify where I should be applying for roles - got my CV back earlier than planned and got in contact to make a couple of changes which was really easier to do. I then uploaded it to the relevant sites - I have 3 interviews secured for January so it should be a good 2016 - early Christmas present for me having been out of work for almost 3 months now! Don’t waste your money. If the consultant doesn't have background in your profession the interviewer will notice that the CV has been written by non-professional and this is worse than having a grammar error in the CV. So was it in my case. Although the consultant claimed to be an accountant I am 100% sure that he is not, because he did not understand accounting processes. I could not use the CV rewritten by him; it did not make sense from accounting perspective. I had to rewrite the CV again myself. Only one mistake (made by the consultant) slipped through (I oversaw it) and the interview noticed it straight away.

It is true that the people at Fuller CV are nice, the consultant talked with me about an hour instead of 15 min. and delivered the CV on time but it is not what you pay for. Final product, the CV, was unusable for me.

This company is brilliant! I had a great conversation with someone over the phone about the sort of job I was looking for and all the skills and experience I had. From that they were able to put together a great, professional CV. I had been applying for jobs for a couple of months and not heard back from anyone - after sending out this new CV I had heard back from 2 recruitment agencies within 4 days. A week later I had an interview, and a week after that I found out I had the job. I am in an amazing job, which I love and I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for these guys!

The tendency for recruiters to use CV analysis programs causes problems for more senior candidates like me. I found it difficult to get the programs to correctly interpret my long and varied career.

Following an extensive telephone interview, the Fuller CV consultant quickly generated a more-effective CV for me. This was delivered to me within the scheduled timetable, and the minor revisions I requested were carried very quickly .

The team that I dealt with were professional, supportive, punctual and lived up to their word. I have not had to write a CV for many years and things have changed. One of the consultants from Fuller CV spent an hour talking to me and going through my career history. A few days later, as promised I received my CV. I am really positive that I will be short listed for jobs now - I have the experience and skills, I just didn't know how to reflect them in my CV.
