Approached them via web search re a review and then following this had cv rewrite and linked in profile. I provided the necessary information and was impressed with the consultant who had some exposure to my industry and received a reasonable result. I also engaged another company and combined the best bits giving me a cv that so far has got me noticed and interviews. 2 page CV particularly important plus selling me against the crowd and initially was a bit long and some of the formatting was strange. Worth doing though.

Time was against us, which didn't cause a problem, the consultant worked over the weekend in order to deliver on time. The end result was perfect, I was one of 15 out of over 300 that got the promotion.

Having paid to have my cv written by a previous company, I decided to look at getting it done again as I was getting no where with Job applications. The difference between the two was incredible, my Fuller CV blew my first CV out of the water, I couldn't believe the difference.

After 5 days as agreed I received my cv and covering letter, Mark captured my work history to a tee, his description of me the person was spot on, My CV is punchy, it focuses clearly and concisely on what I have done more importantly what I can bring to a future employer, The covering letter further enhanced and emphasised me and what I could bring this company.
My CV and covering letter have been produced to a very high standard, you can clearly see a lot of thought, time and effort has gone into capturing what Mark and I discussed during my consultation.
The fee is not cheap that said you get what you pay for, I feel I now have a CV that sells me, clearly states what I have done and what I can offer a future employer in a clear concise language not filled with jargon.
Would I recommend Fuller CV Ltd, absolutely if you want a professional cv, that is individually tailored to you what you've done, who you are, you will not go wrong using their service.

Once I received my draft documents I immediately updated my old CV with the new one from The Fuller CV Ltd with four recruitment agencies and the following day had a phone call from one of the applications and currently awaiting an Interview.

Christie Ryan was fantastic and really did a great job in helping update my 15 year old CV to a more Modern format and content specific to help recruiters find me. My Linkin Profile is just as good and my professional profile is so much more positive.

I purchased a package which included a rewrite of my CV based on an hour's consultation, together with careers advice from the consultant writing my CV as I was told he was a specialist in my particular field - which is Project Management and posting of my CV to relevant job boards.
I received 30mins consultation, which was consisted of the consultant asking me what I wanted in my CV as he said "Who is the best person to sell yourself" to which I replied "Myself???"...I was perplexed because I didn't a consultation to be told this. I was expecting SOME input as to how best to present my CV. This did not occur! We agreed to split my 1hr consultation into two 30mins slots. Surprisingly, BEFORE I had my second consultation. I was sent an e-mail informing me of the completion of my CV....I was surprised as to how they had completed without completing the consultation. Anyway, I decided to see what had been done.
From the onset, I informed them of my discontent. We went back and forth and I noticed that the 'tone' of the e-mails were of a 'bullying' nature and I stated that to them.
I told them I was not happy that the CV hadn't been formatted, to which they responded I should send them how I want it formatted!
They had taken £174.74 with two further payments to be collected by Direct Debit. I told them I wasn't prepared to pay until they gave the service that I had contracted to pay for.
It was at this point that they suggested I should inform them of when I would be available to do the second part of my consultation! By this time I had, had enough of their sloppy service, focus on money and bullying nature. Needless to say, they threatened me with Court Action and have duly done so!
I have had Recruitment Consultants tell me that the CV isn't selling me and I've had to restructure it BEFORE they could send it to their Clients!!

The first contact person was really friendly and explained all aspects of the service clearly. The HR consultant was professional and had high knowledges of my job area. The results delivered fully met my expectations.

I recently emailed my CV to The Fuller CV Ltd with a view to making it more sellable to a potential employer. I had not had an interview for months and was getting cheesed off.

One of their consultants contacted me to go through my CV and reformed it. A few very important alterations were made namely they listed my achievements and skills on page 1 which I have been told is what an employer looks for. (I have been told that an employer only spends 30 seconds looking at a CV). In retrospect I am sure this is why I have not been securing interviews.

As they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating and the VERY FIRST APPLICATION I MADE WITH MY NEW CV SECURED AN INTERVIEW!!

Up to this point in my life I underrated my skills and abilities but not anymore, since having my CV professionally written it has generated a lot of interest from potential employers, no more looking for work the work finds you!

I found the approach very relaxed and focussed. The discussion was helpful and helped me to understand what was expected by recruiters and how the market had considerably changed.
The CV produced was professional and pulled out skills and attributes that i had undervalued.
I found it time and money well spent and would recommend this service if you want to enhance your employment prospects.
I secured a job within two weeks and had a lots of approaches from recruiters.

I contacted this company with a view to purchasing their services. Whilst in the process of completing forms for this I did manage to acquire a job. I explained to them and they were very understanding and returned my first payment even though one of their advisors was extremely helpful and informative.

I contacted Fuller as I needed a quality CV to help me move in a new direction. My first contact was very professional and friendly. Its been a while since I did my CV so to use their services was a great benefit. Speaking to my advisor was just a great relief as I went through the details and the finished article was better than I expected. I was very sceptical of having a CV rewrite (as if followed a professional 'template' when I did mine initially) but after a couple of months online only managing to get one 'proper' interview I thought I would give Fuller a go.

Although initially I thought it was a little pricey, I went for it. After a conversation with the consultant, The CV came back within a few days and did need a fair bit of tweaking, admittedly some of that was due to lack of information on my part.

After the edited doc came back, just one minor tweak on my part and I submitted it to the jobsites last week.

Well my phone hasn't stopped ringing and I have my 4th interview this week tomorrow and two have offered positions already.

Yes it does seem a little pricey, but what can I say, in my experience it worked.

I received my C.V. fairly quickly and ordered a cover letter. I am satisfied with the C.V. which I received although some of the punctuation was inconsistant.

Was contacted, previously CV written by a different company, paid a large amount of money for a full re-write, first draft was inaccurate, after being reviewed by a professional friend was advised that CV was frankly never getting past the initial paragraph, 2nd edit even worse.

Will not use or recommend, now going to have it professionally redone by their competition.

After finally talking with Rebecca Fuller the CV was review and redone by a second person and still despite their fantastic claims, is not fit for circulation.

Further Update
After filling in their 'Satisfaction Guarantee' form (badly done word document) I have been promised a revision by close of play Monday, however yet again when you call in there is an an operations manager in charge, with little interest in the issue, will argue with you and blatantly ignore the fact The Fuller CV fails to deliver on the promise it sold.

When I said have have zero confidence in The Fuller CV there was little care, after all they have my money I have no CV. Only 8 weeks since it was paid for, good job a CV isn't used for job hunting !

In response to The Fuller CV, I have emailed, limited responses, I called them last Thursday and they were too busy to talk with me and would call back, message left at 6.04pm, while I was in an event. The message said they would try Friday, nothing so I called and Penny took my details for someone to call back, and nothing. The review from The Fuller CV is factually incorrect as I have had no calls since Thursday and no emails, so interested on how they perceive 'trying to contact me'.

While they believe they have gone over and above the last update had 16 (yes sixteen) questions, including recent training taken off.

exceeded expectations, would recommend to anyone, extremely happy with the whole experience and the deliverable.
