Everything I could have asked for was done without hesitation. One little gripe on the payment side but probably more my fault than Fuller. they took what was a very old and hard to read CV and turned it into something that I have had praise on and immediate response. I would not hesitate to recommend Fuller in the future to all that may require this service.

As a person who has never had to write a CV before and has in fact never had to analyse the work I have done I found the whole experience straightforward, very professional, and the person selected to write my CV had experience in my field to the extent that the whole thing was trauma free.

Having been warned that there were many rogues in the "We'll re-write your CV" market, I was wary to commit to The Fuller CV. They're not cheap, though they operate a sliding scale fee depending on your target salary.
The initial feedback on my CV (free service) alone was very interesting, and I decided to go with the full paid service. The agent who called spent plenty of time asking me about items on my CV and teasing out additional points. A few days later, I received the updated CV and it was amazing. A complete re-write, but capturing all the relevant information needed.
I have to say, since using the new CV the response from potential employers has been very significantly improved. In fact, I found my ideal job within a few weeks.
I really can't rate this service highly enough. It's not the cheapest out there, but it certainly proves that you get what you pay for.

After a bit of a tweek for some minor points. Which I'd previously spoken to fuller. It took 4 months and the result was a new job which was a promotion.
I'd applied for a lower grade role and The recruitment lady explained that by my cv and application I was over qualified for the role and processed me to the next level. Great work fuller. Just goes to show patience is a virtue. It doesn't happen over night but keep with it.
So many comments that the cv is a very strong well written cv

Had a potential job come up, emailed Fuller on Thu, to be told it wouldn't be ready until Tue the following week.

Not wanting to lose the possibility of the job, i paid £49 to get it fast tracked - which took 1hr - surly after paying over £240 originally, this could have been covered in the price, and to be told it would take a further 5 actual days, then after paying - it took 1hr was just a money maker, which i felt soured the entire experience.

Purchased a home learning course and a couple of months later followed with a CV review and update. All delivered as promised. Easy to deal with and delivered items as promised. Not sure about claims of "91% received interview invitations and 57% received a job offer in under a month" after the CV review. As an experienced manger and applying for jobs I have not had even a sniff of an interview on the several matching jobs I have applied for in the past month since my CV was reviewed, but I am happy with the CV Fuller have produced for me.

After spending hours trying to write my CV I came across The Fuller CV online. I telephoned in and got my free review which lasted for over 10 mins. It was clear from this free review that they know what there talking about! I decided to purchase a rewrite of my CV and had an hour long telephone consultation with a consultant, who was able to identify all of my key skills and achievements. The consultant then went away and wrote my new CV. The whole process took 5 days and I got telephone calls from recruitment agents within only a few days of using my new CV. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone looking for help with their future career prospects.

I was sceptical at first as the contact came very soon after I clicked the link to see what was "free". However the sales person gave a good account of the service and how the process would work. The interview with the recruitment/CV consultant was very thorough and the resulting upgrade to my CV/Covering letter and LinkedIn profile have already made a difference. I asked a colleague experienced in recruiting staff to review the revised documents and they were impressed. Apart from a slight change in emphasis on some of the wording very little has been changed.

Having listened to the sales pitch following a free CV review, I expected a great deal from my finished product, especially for the price and, as someone who has not been seeking work for a significant period of time, this was important to me. In addition to the CV itself, I was expecting sector specific expert advice on how to then use my CV most effectively and explanations as to why the CV was produced in the way it was so that I could best justify it in interview situations. What I got was a disinterested consultation with the consultant making me feel awkward due to his frustration with my questions and comments, all of which were important to me to understand the process. I got the impression that he just wanted to hear some figures and be done with it as soon as possible. It would have been useful to have been provided in advance a detailed list of the kinds of figures required rather than having to remember, for example, shrinkage percentages from 11 years ago!

The CV itself, when it was finally produced, had numerous spelling and grammatical errors and inconsistent dates, all of which should have been spotted during a rudimentary proof reading. My greatest concern, however, were a number of "achievements" which had been exaggerated to the point of being virtually fabricated. As I would then have to justify this in an interview situations, I strongly believe this to be at best disingenuous and at worst unethical.

It took several email exchanges, requests for explanations and a number of changes made by myself to achieve a CV which I consider to be acceptable on very basic grounds. Even my correspondence with Fuller CV after my initial complaints were not considered properly as questions or requests were read incorrectly and therefore answered incorrectly.

All in all, this was a hugely unsatisfactory experience; expensive, error strewn and concerning. The other reviews of this service I have seen indicate that my experience may simply be a one-off mishandling, however, for the costs incurred, I expected much, much more professionalism. The single star in this review is in the hope that having finally finished my CV I will soon get the interviews promised.

I had my CV rewritten early October this year. Given that my old CV was not at all UK conform, Fuller's service was very helpful, although it required some back and forth between me and the consultant, as there were many mistakes and the lay-out was initially very jumbled. As part of this back-and-forth I commented on some of the content in my CV, asking questions - which unfortunately have never been answered. Also, although I corrected some of the consultant's mistakes already the first time, it to a second round for him to accept my corrections in the word document.
As it is, even with a new CV I have not found a job yet. Even though they are supposed to do so, Fuller has never got back to me to follow up on how I get on with the job search with my new CV... maybe to keep their success rates up?
As they offered me a free covering letter within the package, I cannot really complain, nevertheless I can't help but think that their service is overpriced...

Inquiries were dealt with promptly. I first applied for the free 10 minute CV review, and someone phoned me within a few minutes. The review was helpful, but quite rushed - not really ten minutes as some of the time was spent promoting their other services. As a result I struggled to write down some of the points made in time, but it was free, and it was helpful.
Later I contacted them using the live chat on the website regarding having a cover letter written. Again my inquiry was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. They even arranged to have my cover letter written much quicker than their normal service, for only a small extra fee, as I had a tight deadline.

A great experience, from start to finish. The consultants really know their business and take the time to understand where you've come from and where you want to go. Communication is excellent and responses are efficient and timely. There are a lot of expensive, so-so CV 'writing' services out there - The Fuller CV Ltd offers excellent service and value for money.

When I first received the re-written CV, I was disappointed as it contained spelling mistakes, typos, and inaccurate information. Also, the way the CV was returned to me, whilst efficient, felt extremely impersonal. However, the way the information was marshalled and presented, represented a big improvement on my existing CV.

I sent feedback asking for amendments and these were made within a couple of days. Initial impressions suggest that the new CV is helping me, as I have already had one interview since, and it looks as if I will obtain some work as a result of this. Overall I'm now pleased with the CV, but I feel that the experience needs to be much more personal. A CV is a very personal thing, and sending amendments by e-mail, rather than being able to talk them through with a consultant, didn't feel right to me.

It is difficult to write your own CV objectively. It is also difficult to think how your skills may be transferable to another profession. My interview via Skype took one hour but we covered a lot of ground in a very structured manner. The resultant CV needed very few minor corrections and, I believe, has captured my skills, experience and achievements well. It should give me an edge when trying to get a ' foot in the door' of a company or when applying for a specific role.

The impression I was given on the process to have my CV and cover letter reviewed was not my exact experience. Being an engineer I had some technical aspects to my CV and I was assured that my CV writer would have knowledge of that environment to aid in producing a more comprehensive CV. Unfortunately this was not the case for me, my CV writer gained a better understanding of my industry by looking at job postings that were of interest to myself. Due to the CV writers lack of knowledge of my engineering environment it took a lot longer to produce the final draft of my CV.

After the CV writer completed the final draft of the CV and cover letter it was sent to be proof read. I was therefore surprised when I received the completed CV with grammatical and spelling errors. I corrected these errors myself and rearranged a a few of the sentences.

On a more positive note the content and the CV structure were very good and a definite improvement from my previous CV and cover letter. However the true test of the improvements would be gauged by feedback from recruiters and HR departments.

I can say at this point from using the new CV for approximately 2-3 weeks, I have been short listed for two ideal positions and have been contacted by two recruiters for similar positions. This has been a huge improvement from using my previous CV as I was only short listed for a position once in a period of approximately 6 months and very rarely contacted by recruiters for a relevant position.
