I tried it for the first time last month. From than I'm using this laundry every week. Extremely Quick and really brilliant service. This laundry seriously deserve more than even 6 stars. Their Staff is amazing (over the phone and also the driver). I will highly recommend this laundry to everybody. They're beyond the expectation. Thank you very much guys for your service.

Not the best service for the price I chose premium detergent and softener but doesn’t smell like it and clothes still had lots of stains after explaining I have a baby! Also tried put collection back a day otherwise a friendly service just a shame the service doesn’t reflect the price with regards to the actual washing of ur items! I actually bought a new washing machine as opposed to waiting for it to be fixed and pay the same amount if not more for a very basic service

The customer service is decent, not afraid to go the extra mile to work your issues out. Some problems here and there, but rest assured have a solution for everything. My go to for sometime now.

Order placed On Feb 15, sent email to cancel almost immediately. Confirmation of cancel, no refund. Chased refund multiple times. Finally refund confirmed Mon 8 March. Had I not have chased, I wouldn't have received this. Just shoddy really.
