The patience’s that was shown to me and the way the lady took the time to make sure I understood every element of her explanation taking that such a legal document is now processed over the phone.
Her concern that I was happy was more evident stood out as I am considered to be elderly. Very good.

The Mortgage Works Application
The Mortgage Works was recommended by a friend. I spoke to James Yates initially and then Laura McBurney proceeded with the application appointment. Both stages, from the initial enquiry to the actual application, were handled professionally and I was very impressed with their excellent customer service. The mortgage rates are pretty good too! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
