Remortgage of buy to let property …
It was so easy to be approved for a remortgage of one of my buy to let properties. I dealt with Patrick Cross, a mortgage advisor with the Mortgage Works. He was able to provide all the information I needed to decide on which mortgage suited me best. Patrick made the whole process run very quickly and smoothly. I provided the information and figures requested and was delighted to find out I had been approved for a mortgage in just a few days. I certainly wasn't expecting it to be as easy as this! I was also delighted to find the interest rate on my 5 year fixed deal to be one of the best available. Will definitely use Mortgage Works again.

Excellent service from my mortgage consultant, Laura McBurney. Process started on Monday morning with an initial consultation and by Friday morning I had a confirmed mortgage offer with the solicitor.
Laura is both professional and personable, and made the whole process stress free.

TMW do not understand their own underwriting policies.

Calling in regards to a product switch
The service in regards to a product switch was excellent from start to finish, Katie was thorough and attentive. I much appreciated how smooth the whole process was and my problem was solved within the phone call. I feel more at ease calling the centre with any future concerns, thank you again. I am extremely disappointed with The…
I am extremely disappointed with The Mortgage Works and the way they handled my mortgage application.
The whole process took far longer than it should have, with constant delays and very poor communication. I felt like I was being led on for weeks, wasting my time while getting little to no meaningful updates. The experience was frustrating from start to finish and caused unnecessary stress.
I expected a much more professional and efficient service. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
I would not recommend The Mortgage Works to anyone based on my experience.
