Cannot get in touch
The shipping worked well. However, I ordered the wrong part based on confusion with the description. I have emailed two times for exchange instructions with no return. I called the number on the website twice and the mailbox is full. Not satisfied

It took a week to get the part.
You need to work at getting your shipping speeded up.
I need to get my refrigerator up and running and instead ordered the part from amazon.
It took 2 days and was in my hand.

Sorry for the delay there, Randal. It looks like this part had to be special ordered which explain the delay. Our shipping times for parts in stock is typically 2-3 days.
Great pricing, matched by awesome service!
The pricing was very fair and actually significantly more affordable than virtually every other quote that I received for the new refrigerator.
A noteworthy bonus was the fact that the shipping was included in the price.
Delivery was quick and professional.
