The wrong part was sent but customer service was quick and responsive about getting the correct one sent.

On-line ordering was very difficult. Had to call in for assistance and while I did get the order placed, the customer service representative was obviously not happy with my questions.

The help is knowledgable and shipping is timely. However, the customer is responsible for ordering the correct part. They do not pay for return shipping to Exeter PA their only return center. The cost to ship may be prohibitive compared to the cost of the part depending on your distance from PA. When I asked I got the following response "Shipping is expensive. We lose money on shipping for every order, as you can imagine. We don't make money off returns, that's just the cost of making a mistake in ordering the wrong part". You the customer assume the full risk of ordering the correct part.

They were on top of it almost right of the bat.

I've ordered a part that was listed as available, got a refund without any explanation. When I've called, they've informed me that the part was discontinued for years... they didn't even know why it was listed.

Brian who helped was very courteous and knowledgeable of the part I was looking for.

Your company produced the product I needed for my refrigerator when no one else had it so thanks once again

Tried ordering a part that was listed as in stock, but then received an email that it would be on backorder and typically take 2 to 3 weeks. Over a month later and I have not received an update. The company does not answer their phone and all voicemail is full. I'm just trying to get my money refunded at this point or I'll report to the credit card company.

Easy to find the part I needed on your website. Quick and easy service to place order and timely delivery.

Quiqkly received the unit however the packaging could be improved since the box received was in rough shape. Unit seems undamaged…

I placed an order around 10 weeks ago and still don't have it. Would not recommend this company because I think its just a scam unfortunately..........

While your staff have been somewhat helpful, we still do not have the product we ordered and we have received no updates or additional contacts other than these request to rate our experience and the product.

I still don’t have the product. I should have been told that it was back ordered when I placed the order.

Tried several times vis email and phone calls to get info to return an item and got zero response

They were very professional, and Armon took very good care of my appliances, he was maticulous and took the time to make it perfect. Michael the owner was professional on the phone in setting up my apointment and lisened to my needs. I would definatly refer them to others.

Quickly got what I wanted in one piece.
