The part I ordered is on back order
The part I ordered is on back order, so I do not know if it will work in our refrigerator.
I did call your company first and I was appalled on how rude the man was. He came across that he really did not want to help me. He did finally looked up the part number and told me what it was. He spoke so quickly that I had to ask him multiple times to repeat as well as the website he said I had to access to order the part.

I ordered a thermistor 6 months ago and still have not received it. I've called and it goes to a voice mail for Morgan. Have never had a return call. They took payment when the order was placed. Not when shipped.

Ordered an orifice burner never received the part it was on back order about six weeks ago they did charge my CC for the part. Sent E-mails tried to call the mailbox is always full. no response to e-mails I guess I'm out that money thought this was a good site. The part is no longer needed would like my CC reimbursed.
