I contacted your place and was told…

I contacted your place and was told that because I installed the part and then removed it l could return it but would cost me 20% because it would be returned to factory. Later got a email asking me if I installed it or not. I replied yes I took it out after seeing it did not change anything
Then you told me I could not return it. Someone needs to educate their employees on company policy.

RIP OFF

Product appeared to be available for shipment when the order was placed but was not. They charged my credit card right away even though the item was not in stock and available for shipment. When I canceled the order and asked for a refund because they could not fulfill the order they charged my credit card a service fee of $2.06. This is very bad business and you can be sure I will spread the word throughout the RV world as I am heavily involved in several RV Organizations. Charge me $2.06 when you can't deliver the product, UNBELIVABLE

It showed that you had the part that I ordered in stock. I ordered it and then I was informed that the part was on backorder. I was not happy with that. You should’ve said that in the beginning and I never would’ve ordered it.

Needed this part asap still not here …..

Needed this part asap. Still waiting. If I knew this would come from Norcold I could have ordered through them directly vs sourcing through a third party that would appear not to have the part in stock and will be getting it after the fact from Norcold.

Kind of a bait and switch. When they did not have a refund should immediately offer a refund so a person can look elsewhere.

It’s a little premature to ask how your doing when there has been no update on my order and it hasn’t shipped. Also, I put in a password wrong twice and I was forced to reset my password. Really? 2 wrong submissions and automatically reset?

Ordered a product

Ordered a product, paid for it, then 2 days later I got a email saying it was not in stock and will take 2 to 3 weeks to come in. Wanted to cancel, but then I would get charged a fee. So I decided to wait. After 5 weeks and no product and no response to my messages. I filed a complaint with PayPal. A week later the product shipped. Now the season for camping is over I finally received the product. Could order somewhere else and had it sooner.

Ordered June 27, recieved October 11. Poor customer service. Just found out that the same part number was available and in stock on Amazon. Could have had it in 4 days.
