Meeting Callum at Epsom Branch.
Meeting Callum at Epsom Branch was a very pleasant experience and he quickly understood and listened to my requirements. He followed up with a viewing quickly and we made an offer on the property within a few days of our 1st meeting.
The team at Epsom were all very helpful to guide me through the references protocols.
We could not find any fault in our experience.

Michelle is always helpful and knowledgeable. Always responds to queries very quickly and even if there is a difficulty it is dealt with quickly.

Feedback on Becky
I've had a great experience dealing with Becky at The Personal Agent.
She has always been friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. She kept us updated throughout and was great at communicating with our landlord, making sure things were followed up and resolved.
Most recently, she helped us with some garden works that had been discussed before we moved in and kept us informed every step of the way until everything was sorted.
It's been a pleasure dealing with her, and we really appreciate all her help.
