You did not state that it was charcoal…
You did not state that it was charcoal grey only that it was charcoal which is black. It being returned to and was posted Thursday 15th April back to you to be signed for. John Beaven

Unfortunately colour choices and colour terms are out of our control this is something the manufacturer of the product specifies.
Sorry you wasn't happy with your purchase as it wasnt the desired colour you wanted, we do have a helpful team available to answer any questions you may have about products prior to ordering.
