Couldn't have been better
Made an online purchase from here and I made a mistake on the sizing of my item. After reading their help section I emailed customer service explaining I had made a mistake in my order. Within 10 mins i receivd a reply from a very helpful and friendly person. Nothing was to much trouble and my order was updated there and then. However the item I ordered in the size I needed was out of stock, but was informed they would get them back in the next day. I agreed and the very next day as arranged I recieved an email telling me my item was on its way. Couple of days later my item arrived in the correct size and in perfect condition. Thank you The Saddlery Shop, and In particular the person who dealt with me, you were great! Very helpful, very friendly, and it was a great experience. Highly recommend this shop!
