I purchased a Dell laptop in late December 2025 and all was good until installing some updates in May 2026, drivers, software and BIOS, via the Dell SupportAssist program.
At this point it kept flashing up a fatal error every 40 minutes or so and restarting.
After trying a few options myself to try and recify the issue I contacted The Tech Outlet via email for some ideas and received a reply from Ben with some things to try and thankfully I managed to get the laptop back up and running.
Some companies might only care about taking your money and not providing any back-up but not this one. A big thank you to Ben for replying and getting me back up and running.

My new laptop was delivered promptly and exactly as specified. It works perfectly, I can't tell that it isnt brand new.

Communication from these guys (Ben I spoke to) was fantastic, both pre purchase and also when I had an issue with the first unit they sent having a fault. They got it swapped over super quick and I am very happy with the replacement. Would highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic service, laptop arrived as described and in good time. Had a very minor issue, spoke with tech guys there, and a replacement was shipped with a return label to send the original one back. No hesitation in recommending Tech OUtlet, will definitely be using them again myself

Perfect condition for a refurbished laptop

Ben was very helpful all the way before during and after the purchase. In his workday, he is always there to answer all the questions and happy to adjust the spec to suit my requirement with additional cost within my budget.

Received the laptop in good time, I was kept up to date, that is I was informed when the laptop would arrive, and informed that the latest updates have been installed. Laptop was as described. I am really pleased l and would definitely buy from then again.

The "open box" laptop arrived in great condition, in safe packaging, the specifications match the advertisement, the battery on had 3 charge cycles. I would have given five stars, but the laptop needed some software TLC when it arrived. Firstly, an American language pack of win11 pro had been installed, including the American keyboard, the laptop is in a UK layout, and sold to a UK customer. Also the Dell bloatware that has been installed was in a continuous windows update conflict. I resolved the issue by fully reinstalling windows 11 pro and the dell storage drivers. Not a problem for a tech company, but something to look out for as a plug and play buyer.
