The Tech Outlet Opiniones

Had a problem with delivery, phoned up and it was sorted in 10 minutes, exellent service and competitively priced, would definitely use again

I have recently purchased a refurbished laptop from The Tech Outlet. It has the latest version of Windows 11 and has been fully upgraded. Better than buying new.

I received my laptop in good time. It was very well protected with bubble wrap encased within a substantial cardboard box. I asked my son to set it up and it was very straight forward. I am enjoying using it as it is ten times as fast as my old laptop and much lighter. Altogether it appears to be a good buy for a very good price.

Great communication and very knowledgeable

AWSOME purchase of a HP pavilion laptop min condition. Windows 11 ready speedy delivery.

I'm really glad I made the decision to purchase from these guys, rather than the big name stores, when the time came to buy a new laptop. Got a fantastic "open box refurb", which is honestly pristine.

Ben has been absolutely fantastic, answering questions, queries and concerns quickly, as well as going out of his way to assist and advise me on an issue on my end, which he really didn't have to do.

Highly recommended, and have already sent my mates a link ready for when they need a replacement laptop.

to be honest I was sceptical about buying from a company I had never heard off, but I needed a laptop that was reliable just for work doing work bits, yet with in a manageable price range and this company showed up on my search. after reading the reviews, ben advertised the tech with full spec's nothing was hidden yes it was reconditioned, yes it only held 80% of the battery but the price point was spot on, the description was perfect, the communication was top notch the only downfall so far is I can not give this post a 6* star rating.

The company were always available for after sales care.

I was happy I knew what laptop I wanted, The Tech Outlet were able to confirm (via webchat), and answer a few questions I had. Good value for money, quick delivery and a nice bit of kit when it arrived.

Fast efficient delivery, product well packaged and in great condition.

Impressive specs on the laptop, and delivery prompt.
Would recommend this seller for others.

Received the laptop in a timely manner and great quality of product. It’s a refurbished laptop but you wouldn’t know it because it’s immaculate

Great value laptop and good performance. Pretty quick delivery. Also, online support obtained.

I have bought refurbished laptops before from other companies & not got a good laptop. These guys go over & above in every way. I am so happy with my like new HP Envy. I love it. Thankyou.

Great communication and speedy service. Item well packaged and in excellent condition. Will use again.

Fast efficient service supplying new laptop to my requirements.

Very straightforward - ordered via the website, delivered in a couple of days. Item matched the description. Would use them again.

A lot of recycling computer companies have popped up with seemingly endless laptops available at every price point. I went from one to another endlessly wondering what was the right deal and I ended up with the tech outlet because they gave the full spec, with the processor reference that really put it above the competition. Great computer, happy customer.

Excellent service and product would definitely use these again
