Second time at this villa . A year has passed but the standards have not dropped at this villa . Sitting area and cooking area are combined so you could still be involved in watching something on the tv which has multiple English channels or talking to others when preparing snack etc . Kitchen has all the mod cons that you would expect in a villa of this calibre . The villa is cleaned very thoroughly on a weekly basis to a high standard . The outside views of this villa are totally breathtaking and can be also viewed from the first floor balcony where there is plenty of seating for dining alfresco . The villa owners father called Pannicos came to greet us and presented my wife and I with some fruit and a cake that his wife had made . Once again we would like to thank The Villa Group for taking care of us from the minute that we enquired about the villa , and to the owners for trusting us yet again to stay in their beautiful villa .

We have stayed in Villas booked through the Villa group on many occasions, initially booked by other family members but more recently booked ourselves.

On each occasion they have been efficient and knowledgeable about the villas they represent and are quick to react to any questions raised. Given the volume of Villas they have available they are also very efficient in pointing you in the right direction if there is a certain feature or aspect you are looking for.

We remain entirely confident using the Villa group, so much so, whilst on our last holiday (Sept 2021) we actually booked a villa for 2022. (and we are already counting the days!

What a beautiful Villa, set in amazing surroundings with great views of the sea and surrounding nature.

Pool was amazing, lovely and clean and great to cool off in when the Cyprus sunshine gets a bit too warm. There is no less than THREE BBQ’s to choose from to make your kebabs abs souvlaki.

Inside the Villa is very well equipped, it has everything you need to make for a very comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable.

The lovely Lisa looked after us as always, from the booking and the lead up to the holiday. We are already looking at some more amazing villas to book for next year.

We hired 2 villas next door to each other for a big group of us, out in Cyprus for a friend's wedding. The villas were brilliant. In perfect condition, the location is fantastic, and (not that our expectations were in any way low) they far exceeded what we had hoped for!

Can't recommend The Villa Group enough for their help and communication throughout booking and whilst we were there.

We had the best experience with the villa group. Great information and helpful in every aspect. They kept us in the loop of changes in restrictions due to the pandemic. Never tired of my endless questions and worries.

My family and I visited Cyprus for the first time and our stay at the Villa (in Kamares) was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and were in there throughout the day. The Villa was exceptionally clean and the Villa team super responsive and very helpful. Gary who was our point of contact was always to hand if something cropped up or we just needed some guidance.

The Villa team is organized and really helpful to the point we didn’t worry about anything. I would recommend staying at the Villa to anyone visiting with their family or alone. It’s located away from the city and in a quiet spot. Quality family time is easy to enjoy.

We will definitely visit again and stay at this Villa.

The villa was excellent, Cyprus amazing, and the Villa Group make it so easy to arrange the trip - even during Covid times - for me my wife and two boys. Highly recommend both.

great service is not only measured when things go right - but also, or mainly, when there are some problems (like you need to cancel your trip because of Covid 😳) - we got fantastic, pleasant and efficient service - nothing but good words!

We can’t rate The Villa Group highly enough! They were outstanding at every stage of our holiday - we felt totally supported (particularly appreciated because of the COVID uncertainty and requirements, and also my allergy to fragrance) and we had the holiday of a lifetime!!! This year hasn’t been easy for any bride to get married, however, TVG couldn’t have done enough for me to make sure I had the most amazing day. Half way through the year our original villa got cancelled due to Covid and within 3 hours Lisa had already helped find us a new venue which turned out to be even better. The pictures don’t do it justice, we were completely blown away with the place, super clean, amazing location, views to die for. Then there’s the wedding side of which Mandy was our wedding planner. What can I say, without Mandy I wouldn’t have been able to get married, honestly!! She was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much. She was super organised, efficient and planned my day to a tee. On the day of the wedding she becomes the master of ceremonies which meant everyone else was able to fully enjoy and immerse themselves into the day. I can’t thank the villa group enough for everything you’ve done. You’re truly amazing people and if anyone is thinking of getting married in Cyprus that is looking for a completely secluded venue with just family and friends then I would recommend using this company.

We booked a beautiful villa in Cypus and it was so easy. The Villa Group were so helpful and happy to assist with any questions. Its a great easy to use website too, which is always a bonus. Thank you, we will definitely book for next year!

I've had pretty much the same experience as others on this page. I booked a villa for in May to attend a wedding but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cyprus banned all incoming flights and I couldn't take up the villa booking.
The company offered me a credit note but would not give me a refund. When I tried to take up the credit note, I could not use it as it wasn't transferrable to another villa and the dates for the villa I had booked were unavailable.
Usually I would not complain and I know what their T&Cs state but this pandemic is a totally unique situation and they still wouldn't refund my payment.
It's appalling customer service and I really hope no one ever uses this company again.

Had they refunded my payment I would probably have booked with them again - but now NEVER!

Have just received a response from the Villa Group.
Yes the Villa Group informed me that the villa owner would not refund my money, however I had no choice but to cancel "at the last minute". Cyprus had stopped all visitors / flights into the country, so unless I 'virtually' used the villa, please let me know how I could actually have used the villa.

It's an awful thing to say but I hope the villa owner ends up in the same situation one day, loses their money and then feels the frustration that many of us have felt.

As previously stated, COVID-19 presented a set of unique, unprecedented circumstances and a little understanding/compassion from the villa owner would have been much appreciated.
Perhaps taking this particular villa off the Villa Group's books might be a lesson learned.

Booked a villa with this company, but then they ended up in lockdown on these dates. On the website it says that if they have to cancel you get a full refund. The company refused to cancel or refund.
