Villa Elena: Amazing, well equipped villa with absolutely fantastic views of the sea! Location is fantastic too - quiet but just a few minutes walk to nice bars, restaurants and beach. We didn’t want to come home!

Mooi huis, op rustige maar prima lokatie in Polis. Polis is op 10 minuten lopen te bereiken. Leuke plaats met veel goede restaurants. Villa heeft mooi zwembad, ruim terras, prima ligbedden. Grote pluspunten zijn de lounge en de eethoek ! En Nederlandse TV-zenders (we hebben Ajax kunnen kijken op ESPN :-)). Goed en snel contact met Lisa van the Villa Group. We hebben hier 9 hele fijne dagen gehad.

I have booked villas over many years and in numerous countries and can confidently say The Villa Group are the most professional and trustworthy company I have dealt with. They have a great range of first class villas and are very efficient and responsive to any questions or requests you may have. I highly recommend them should you be looking to book a villa in Cyprus.

We returned to Cyrpus after a few years absence + teh Pandemic period but had no hesitation using The Villa Group again who we have used since 2002 (when it was called RentCyprusVillas). Excellent personal service that is second to none.

Villa functional, but not quite the extra mile we expected. Only one sun umbrella, lighting dim, utilities/cleaning equipment minimal.

i booked a 4 bedroom Villa which ended up not being available as owner did not update you correctly.

I then booked 2 3 bedroom Villas with baby cots - they were not there when we arrived.

Also the air conditioning in the Villa's was not working well and were very noisy in the main bedroom.

I have used The Villa Group previously and experience was great - felt this time not so good.

The issue with the cots was resolved in a timely manner.

Previously the Villa's were of a better quality and I believe were maintained better than now.

Impeccable service. Information and communication was excellent. Questions were answered promptly and the expectation of the Villa met the reality. I highly recommend this company.

Mandy from the Villa group made our wedding perfect. We finally tied the knot in Cyprus in June after some covid delays, Mandy, and everyone involved in the lead up and on the day, were exceptional. From answering our many queries to making sure everything ran smoothly, nothing was too much trouble. We cannot thank you all enough and would recommend you to anyone! Thank again, Mr & Mrs Till

Our wedding was on 21st July 2022
We had to postpone our wedding for 2 yrs due to Covid , the villa group rearranged our date without any issues and we never incurred any additional price increase .

Mandy the wedding planner was awesome she helped me with all arrangement for the wedding and also the paperwork needed for ceremony in Villa , my wedding day was great no issues at all what a beautiful day was had by all our guests too .

The owner of villa came to greet us at the villa and we only needed to call him if we had any issues he was also great

Big thank you to all involved in making our wedding very special and our weeks stay in the villa , we will be arranging another stay at villa

Pictures didn’t do the villa justice the scenery was breathtaking and villa had everything you could possibly need

Whilst we have had no issues with The Villa Group we have had a disappointing experience. Such a shame as this villa has great potential - unfortunately now tired and worn lacking in comfort and luxury. Beds are basic with cheap frames , linen and uncomfortable mattresses. Towels are heavily used and worn. Pool sun loungers dirty with faded cushions. With stunning views and in a prime location this should be outstanding - now needs investment to provide future guests an enjoyable holiday.

The Villa group were fantastic in dealing with our booking following 2 years of lockdown. Despite our booking being for 2020, the VIlla group (esp Lisa Bundy), met all our requests to postpone for 2 consecutive years. The service was more than we expected & I would have no hesitation in booking with the Villa group again.

Friendly and professional. Very happy with the service from The Villa Group. They answered all our questions and booked a taxi for us. When our flight was delayed they got an immediate message to the taxi company which ensures we were not paying any extra. Beautiful Villa which serves as an ideal base for an amazing holiday.

We stayed, and got married, at the gorgeous Panorama & Oceania Villas in June and everything was perfect. Very nicely appointed and equipped Villa next to a Banana plantation. Well maintained swimming pool which is 2.0m at the deep end and 1.0m at the shallow end, so suitable for kids under supervision. It is conveniently close enough to walk to the Philippos Supermarket and also the bars and restaurants of Coral Bay.

A long long wait due to covid, but waited over 2 years to have the pleasure staying at this lovely villa, The Villa Group done everything the could you ensure we didn’t miss out on our well deserved holiday, I would highly recommend using The Villa Group, thank you again for the long awaited holiday, it was worth the wait.

We had a fabulous holiday at Casa Bonita. The villa was very clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was perfect and had plenty of use, the sun is on the terrace all day. We highly recommend this little villa and look forward to staying here again.
