Great responses, always got back to me on time. Didn't delay in replies. The villa was gorgeous and true to the pictures. Would recommend better precision on Google Maps, and also a floorplan to help with future guests understanding the layout. Otherwise, positive experience.

We stayed in a villa near Coral Bay for a week for our wedding. We booked everything through the Villa Group and everything was sorted for us. Communication was excellent throughout - particularly important as we had to postpone our holiday & wedding from 2021. We had a lovely holiday and an even better wedding day. Mandy, the wedding planner, was lovely and always willing to go the extra mile. The food at the wedding was amazing - even the cake tasted lovely! We were so pleased with the whole set up of the day and our guests have all commented on what a great wedding it was. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that the make up artist was late on the wedding day which led to quite a frantic getting ready stage and meant we didn't have time for bridal party pics in our robes. However, I was very happy with the hair and make up and felt like a princess walking down the aisle :) Overall, very happy with both the Villa & the wedding and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay Galini Villa in Pissouri. The villa was stunning and the views were breathtaking. We had a brilliant holiday, 2nd time we have used The Villa Group and we would highly recommend them.

This was our first time booking with the Villa group. We experienced an excellent service from the moment we booked, all the queries and questions we had right up to the return. The villa we hired was beautiful and met all our expectations.
On reflection the villa needed some sun umbrellas (base was there but no umbrella) and an upgrade on extra kitchen wear (glasses knives forks etc) but these were minor issues.
The villa was clean sanitised and very easy to live in and the pool area was exceptionally good.
When we return to Cyprus we will definitely book with the villa group again.

We originally booked through the VG 3 years ago but along came Covid and we finally got there last week! During that time Lisa at VG was always very helpful and helped us through several issues that arose including a change of villa caused by new building work nearby and the full cancellation of the chosen villa due to the Covid situation. I always got a reply quickly to any matters I raised and I would certainly recommend the VG to anyone. Our holiday was fabulous as well! 3rd time lucky!!

Had a great time with friends, had to re book a few times all very helpful especially Lisa. We will look at booking with villa group for next year.

Absolutely fabulous villa everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay
The villa was spotlessly clean and we were very happy with the lovely pool
The bedroom and beds were very comfortable and we had a very well earned rest ,
The town is not too far away with lots of lovely restaurants which we tried neally every one on the strip
We was disappointed with the beach 🏖 it was a dirt track to get down onto the beach and quiet small but it didn’t bother us because our pool was fantastic

A beautiful villa with plenty of space and very clean. It was the perfect setting for my get away with friends and we were very relaxed. A lovely little welcome pack on arrival and fantastic communication with the villa group & admin. We had no trouble with anything and all details had been clearly laid out. This was our first trip to Cyprus and, therefore, our first experience of booking via The Villa Group. The booking process was smooth and efficient. All the material provided after the booking and before our departure was very informative and clear. On arrival, we were really delighted with the villa (384132). The photographs and blurb on the website were an accurate representation of the accommodation. The setting was secluded, with a lovely pool that was beautifully maintained. The villa is a real ‘home’, particularly in terms of the kitchen and all the equipment provided. We would definitely book another trip to Cyprus with The Villa Group in the future.

Our whole family stayed in the villa and we all thought it was fantastic.
The place was beautiful with outstanding views and very well equipped.
It was quite secluded, which is what we wanted!
The welcome pack was great.
If I had to make any negative comment it would be that there are many steps and different levels, (we had a an eighteen month old and a two year old).

Everything was as promised. Smooth efficient and professional. A great holiday and when we locked ourselves out, they responded instantly.

We booked our holiday to Paphos via The Villa Group. The communication was amazing. We communicated over email and I dealt with Lisa was was amazing at getting back to me straight away. Lisa also organised our car hire and answered all of my queries immediately. I’d definitely use The Villa Group again.

Our experience at the villa was nothing short of amazing!
The property was very well maintained and looked exactly like how it appeared in the photos. Also, the location was spectacular. We had all the amenities needed to enjoy our time there: a well stocked kitchen, enough bed & bath linnens, great audio systems to play music, good BBQ equipment and of course an amazing pool.
Extra shoutout to the caretakers of the property. They were extremely helpful, very accomodating and always one call away for any help.
In short: A Five Star Experience!!

We had a fantastic family Villa holiday in Cyprus to celebrate a special birthday.
The Villa Group were excellent in all ways, responding to all communications, answering queries and going above and beyond to help us. Special thanks to Lisa who is an absolute star!
The villa was set in beautiful surroundings with a small beach and sea literally at the bottom of the villa garden. The town of Polis with plenty of restaurants was a few kilometres away and there was plenty of takeaways available too. We thoroughly enjoyed the villa and lovely pool which was perfect for a family holiday. This was the first time we have booked with the Villa Group and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Everything we wanted and more. The communication was second to none we got married in a villa and it was absolutely perfect!

Company but this is for the Meriza Villa itself. This is a wonderful homely Villa with plenty of space. It has a lovely airy feel and amazing views of the sunset and the sea. The lovely owners greeted us and kindly left us with an array of homemade treats and essentials. The Villa had everything we needed. It was well equipped and beautifully designed. We felt at home the moment we arrived. We hope very much to return.

Villa group are very easy to deal with and are always on hand to help organise things or rectify problems.

Lisa is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Замечательная вилла в тихом и уютном районе Протараса, с видом на море. Если вы ищите тихий уединенный отдых - это оно, правда, мы отдыхали в октябре, может поэтому было спокойно. Фото на сайте абсолютно соответствуют тому, что мы увидели. Нас встретила и всегда была на связи замечательный управляющий Сара, большое ей спасибо за внимание и заботу. Вилла чистая, мы отдыхали 10 дней, на пятый день была уборка и смена белья. Бассейн чистый и теплый, детей было трудно из него вытащить. До пляжей близко (можно выбрать из нескольких), недалеко супермаркет, магазинчики, пекарня. Рядом православный храм, в котором русскоговорящий священник. В общем, вилла понравилась настолько, что рассматриваем возможность остановиться здесь в следующее посещение Кипра. Пожелания: предусмотреть наличие хозяйственных принадлежностей (мыла, средства для мытья посуды, губки для мытья, мешки для мусора). И еще, в комнате, которая расположена в цокольном этаже, неприятный запах подвала. Там есть ставни, которые закрыты на замок, если иметь возможность их открывать и проветривать, будет отлично. Большое спасибо за отдых!

We traveled with 10 persons and had a wonderful time in the Villa. The sea is directly under the villa and also supermarkets and restaurants are near to the villa.
The house is a smart house, which was sometimes difficult to handle. The cinema was a great experience, but on the last evening the sound didn’t work anymore.
The Housekeeper Gerry was great, he explained everything to us and was helpful every time.
Our short trip to Cyprus was a great experience.
