Found the company on the net, first time i have used them very impressed, the item i was looking for was the cheapest, next day delivery.

Legitimately awful, avoid at all costs. If I was with someone who ran a business like this I'd top myself.

The photos of the product are very misleading. You may well need more or less of the items to correspond with the photo displayed. By showing lots of the product in the photo which actually relates to only one unit then the headline comparison price is of course low.
Company had clearly had this complaint before and not willing to understand it. Shame really....

we are a company trading since 1994 and yesterday I ordered a ladder scafftag product that stated on the website the product was a complete kit but being a bit confused because the product information also advised that you could add the amount of inserts you require so I contacted the work place depot the phone was answered by Chantelle who explained that 1 would need to use the drop down bar and add the amount of inserts I required this of course added to the sale of the product I paid and today the product arrived and I was disappointed to find that the inserts were already included in the complete kit and I didn't need to purchase the additional inserts I called back today to explain the above and got a very unfriendly and unhelp full Chantelle and I had to request a conversation with her Director Who Is Steve Miller, thank fully Steve managed to rescue the situation and was was completely customer friendly and very help full thank you Steve Miller on another not I think Chantelle needs further training in product sales, knowledge and customer relation

First time using this company and we are very impressed with their service. Good choice of products on their website at great prices. Super quick delivery too and good email communication. Will certainly be using this company again.

They sent out the wrong product with no willingness or attempt to rectify. Disappointing.
