This is the first funeral I have had to arrange, and after attending a relative's funeral managed by Thomas Brothers. I knew this was the right undertakers to take care of my loved ones.

The staff worked well with Golden Charter, with whom we purchased the funeral package, as recommended by TB.

They respond to e-mails and phone calls very quickly. I was an emotional wreck/ clueless when it came to organising. Sharon & Lisa were very helpful and communicated with the church/florist.

The undertakers, thankfully, did a run-through of the route the day prior (the road from Grandfather's home to the church had been closed). They managed to arrange to use the road on the day of the funeral. This particular route was important to us; the undertakers had the most wonderful temperament; they were polite, calm and organised; we had two elderly relatives and their aids, this was no trouble at all in the limo.

Thomas brothers have been excellent throughout the whole process. Sarah was easy to deal with and very helpful. On the day of the funeral, the staff were so professional, helpful and extremely respectful. I can’t fault their service. Thank you.

Having worked in the funeral business myself previously as a Funeral Director I knew what a good funeral director was and what a bad funeral director was. Last year I lost my beloved Mum aged 64. My mum was very important to me and obviously having worked in the industry I knew that only the very best could be entrusted to take care of my mum and her funeral arrangements.
Quite simply there was only one funeral Director I would entrust with this responsibility and that’s Simon Thomas from Thomas Brothers Funeral Directors. Having moved from that area I was relieved to know that Thomas Brothers had opened this new office near Alcester so only 20 miles from myself. From the moment Simon Team arrived at my house to take my mum into care I knew my mum was in the best of care. Sharon at the Alcester office took care of the funeral arrangements and was outstanding. My mum looked amazing when I visited her in the chapel of rest and every small detail had been taken care of even my mums glasses has been cleaned. Simon conducted the funeral on the day itself and was outstanding. All the boys were smart and so professional and the limousines were comfortable and impeccably clean and luxurious, Infact they were Jaguar XJs, beautiful cars.
