Have kept me informed every step of the way through my claim and have been courteous throughout.

It was a drawn out process especially as it occurred during the lockdowns and restrictions resulting from the pandemic.
I just wish that my employers had acted on my concerns for my job, in the first instant instead of trying to brush them aside. Because of that inaction, I feel my back injury issues will be ongoing, certainly as I head towards retirement and in my later years God willing.
Overall I'm really pleased with the outcome of my claim and the work that everyone done at Thompsons.

Easy to speak to, attentive and friendly

I had suffered an injury at an indoor activity premises and was directed towards Thompsons through my union representative. My personal injury claim was complex but this didn’t deter my legal representative, who was very professional and diligently in navigating their way through the process to get a positive outcome. At the start, the defendant was dismissive and wasn’t engaging, but my legal advisor was persistent and tenacious in their approach. Communication was maintained at regular intervals which kept myself up to date with progress and they always answered any calls and emails providing reassurance.
