I was very much satisfied with the service I got in the store. Huma, Yaseen and Shahzil who attended to me was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was one of the best service I have got in the store today. They were all very helpful to each other and everyone helped each other. They did their and I was happy in the end. Quiet and efficient help.
I was helped by Shahzii Huma to deal with a query regarding my account. She dealt with it very professionally and got in touch with the right departments to solve it. This was in the Chiswick High Road branch today.
