I have been visiting Chiswick store, Huma for several years now and she has consistently provided outstanding support and service. She is knowledgeable, patient and always takes the time to clearly explain options and solutions. What truly sets her apart is her geniune care and attentiveness to my accessibility needs. Huma makes sure I feel comfortable and understood at every visit. Filip was extremely helpful
Filip was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and not only helped me but the right contract for my daughter but also helped me set up the phone. He took the time to give me confidence and I can’t thank him enough.

10/10 experience I have had in this store. Huma, Shahzil and Samira stayed 1 and half hour behind just to set up my contracts and ensuring I get a good deal and set up all my contracts. They did a lot for me and I’m so grateful and happy

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Shahzil was super helpful in getting me the best deals. The network was down but Shahzil, Huma and did their best to get me a great price and new phone.

That was unbelievable how shahzil solve those problems which were not unable to solve phone customer service and live chat. They promised answer during 30 days. Shahzil did it within minutes. All thumbs up!
