Great experience! Shahzil explained everything so well for the set up of my new broadband router. He even got me a better deal and laid out all options. Very good selling skills, smiley and polite. Highly recommend

Efficient, helpful staff
The employees I spoke to were all friendly and patient, and quickly determined the best way to help with my query. Everything I needed to know was explained concisely and I’d be happy to go back for further advice if needed.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me changing my phone. This helped me to decide to change to them. They helped me transferring data and anything to do with mobile phone I can ask them. This aspect is so valuable for older generation like me who did not grow up with mobile phone. I used other provider but found 3 very different. I am
