Lovely, helpful staff
The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. I was served by Elliot and I had my young baby with me and he was so patient and helpful and would explain things to make sure I heard and understood when the baby was being loud.
He helped me get the phone I wanted on a reasonable priced plan and told me all of my different options. Have been using the same store for 4 years now and always so helpful and accommodating

Good customer service
The customer service was good. Elliot was very helpful and sorted out challenges with three customer services which had not been helpful. Because of the great customer service offered at the store, I renewed my contract with Three and Elliot set up a new tablet for me. The set up was excellent, user friendly and tailored to needs. I was pleased with the customer service provided and would recommend the store.

Needed advice - came out fully armed!
Popped in today to discuss my son’s contract and was helped by Elliot.
I have never felt so informed! He was highly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Would absolutely recommend using this store in future and it is encouraging to know that this is the customer service 3 are giving their customers. Thank you Elliot!

Elliot and Tyler were extremely helpful. I was able to switch my plan to 3 swiftly and easily and Elliot was friendly, clear and super efficient in helping me sort this out, get a great deal and understand all the benefits of it and the practical steps in switching.
