Super easy to upgrade. Tyler was very knowledgeable as was Elliot. Emplained everything well and I have no doubt that they would be able to answer any questions I may have.

Iexcellent service
I came into store on Good Friday, not expecting much help, as i was not sure store is closed for holidays. I have received an amazing help and assistance from Elliot, who sorted my set up and kindly explained everything i needed help with. I am so grateful, to your staff and Three, to carry on with my life and phone situation. Brilliant service.

Feed back from Three on poor performance
They asked for a review and wouldn’t publish it because they probably didn’t like what I said which was the following
“Poor Performance
I had the hub for a week and returned it as it did not meet expectations as portrayed by Three on their website. I had the hub in a window in a supposedly good 4g area and all I got was one bar sometimes two bars of signal strength and internet didn't work or was very slow. Only plus side it was easy to set up.”
This is a factual summary of my experience with their 4g hub. I also called their Tech help and whilst the agent was helpful he couldn’t resolve the problem. If Three doesn’t like honest reviews shame on them. What I really needed from them was follow up on why I was getting poor reception.
This is not a reflection on the Three Store as they processed the return without any problems
