Great Service - Friendly Staff
Daljit from tickets to India was a great help when air India decided to cancel the flight and provided us passengers with no information. Daljit kindly kept in contact with me whilst I was in India and helped rebook and resolve the situation. He was very caring and attentive and super super helpful. We have had seamless service from this travel agent and will be flying again (not with air India but rather we will look at the other options this great travel agency has to offer)

Poor customer service
Easy-to-use website, but terrible customer service. My return ticket from LHR to GOI was cancelled without my knowledge. The airline confirmed it was done by the agent. I chased for four days with no response. Eventually, I contacted the Punjab office and spoke to Manju, who was extremely helpful and professional. She confirmed my ticket the next day, and I am very grateful to her.
No explanation was given for why my ticket was cancelled
No apology was offered
My email was never answered Very disappointing.

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your booking. Having checked your booking history, it appears that the flight segments were cancelled by the airline (the status was changed to "HX") and that it took some time for the team to be able to get this confirmed by Air India.
Again, please accept our apologies that this took longer than we would have hoped. Unfortunately, as an agent, we are entirely reliant on the respective airlines in situations such as this. We are of course pleased to hear that it was ultimately resolved.

Excellent service! My ticket was booked quickly and without any hassle. Naveta was very helpful, responsive, and ensured everything was accurate. Made my travel planning stress-free. Highly recommended!
First time ever in my life I had received such a great service from a travel agency, I couldn’t thank enough Naveta who was so patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the call. I booked my ticket with her in my first call with her.
