PC arrived in great condition
PC arrived in great condition. You can tell they actually took the time to do a proper refurbishment as when I looked inside the case there was not a spec of dust.
Delivery was fast with no issues. 3 days for it to get to me in Northern Ireland is not bad at all. The package itself was also well protected in a decent quality box with plenty of bubble wrap.
All in all, would recommend these guys if you need a PC but don't want to pay the overinflated current market prices due to ram & storage supply chain issues.

Customer 10 years
Been a customer of Tier1online for about 10 years, and bought 4 machines in that time. The first lasted 7 years. 2 others lasted until the tech became obsolete. My last laptop from them had a broken key, and then only lasted 3 years - but with second hand tech you win some and lose some I suppose. New laptop was delivered fast, and appears in excellent condition. Great company and i thoroughly recommend!

Buy from Tier1 every time - recommended
Just private individuals, so not buying new tech all the time, but we have bought everything we need from Tier1 over many years now: laptops, desktops, accessories etc. I was originally recommended to them by a friend, and I now recommend them in turn. Everything has always been pristine, delivered quickly, wrapped with great care, and the firm are so polite and helpful to deal with. And of course, the price of the deals are unbeatable.

Brilliant Customer Service
They sadly used DPD who lost/stole computer but anything they did was made up for by the brilliant customer service from Tier1 and especially Leona. They replaced it instantly and arranged for Royal Mail to deliver at no extra cost.

Excellent service and products
The computers arrived in very well packed and cushioned boxes and, although "Grade B" they looked new. The machines worked like new and the battery health was 100%
We required a certain type of RAM to be included and the member of staff we contacted via the chat system was very helpful.

Been buying from Tier1 for years now…
Been buying from Tier1 for years now for business and more recently for my teenage kids who seem to be in the habit of throwing their laptops to the floor in freak accidents or acts of god if I believe any of the accounts given... Can't speak highly enough of these chaps - fair prices, machines as described or better and delivery outstanding, fast and well wrapped up - excellent all round. Couldn't care less about the saving the planet stuff but why buy new when these are as good as - wholehearted recommendation and I never look elsewhere for kit.

I needed clarification about the specs on the product, and after initial delays I found Khalif was the person who answered all my queries prior to purchase.
He also helped me 'find' the hidden 1TB extra drive, so now all is going good.

Excellent value and friendly service
This is the fifth computer I have bought from Tier1 over the years. They are excellent and I would not buy anywhere else. The computers have always been great quality, as described, and have each lasted a very long time before needing to be replaced. They are easy to set up, and support was readily available and friendly when I made a mistake and needed help on an earlier purchase. Great value and quickly delivered.

Lenovo Carbon X1 laptop
Great service, fast delivery & although the Lenovo Carbon X1 laptop was sold as grade B it looks perfect to me. This is the second Lenovo carbon i have bought from Tier 1. I bought the 3 year warranty and the first was replaced after 18 months when it developed a screen fault. The warranty return was painless and efficient and is one of the reasons I'm using Tier 1 again. I only purchased a replacement now as the original cannot be upgraded to windows 11 but am delighted by the performance improvement moving to an 8th generation machine
