Fast service and laptop received in…
Fast service and laptop received in perfect condition. This was listed as grade A but was even better and almost 'as new'. I have used Tier 1 since their early days in 1997 and they have always provided great refurbished quality PC's and Laptops at a great price.

Desktop arrived in good time and condition
Desktop arrived, working, up to date, clean, and ready to go.
However, I wanted to put in an extra ssd, but when I looked there was no thermal pads!
Initially I thought, no big deal. So I looked on Amazon, but nothing. So I looked on the Dell website, and to my horror, they are £35s each, for a tiny bit of sponge.
Apart from me needed to spend a small fortune to put an add ssd in the pc. All good.

Ordering was made easy
Ordering was made easy. Delivery was fast. One product out of three of the delivery was badly damaged, but was replaced with no fuss. Packaging was excellent and not at fault for the single damaged item. Laptop was listed as Grade B and I was happy that the received item met my expectations of Grade B. Customer service was fast and effective with regards to the one damaged item

The concern about the quality of a grade B laptop was dismissed when I opened the packaging.

Immediate response from customer service about a cable issue and no quibble replacement. Excellent. Buying was great, easy and great condition when arrived. Only just set it up so I don’t know long term but it’s great so far. 87.8% health on the battery, which is fantastic for Grade B.
