My time using titan storage has been an…
My time using titan storage has been an stress-free delight from start to finish. The storage areas themselves are immaculate, the loading bay is well designed for multiple people to be loading at once, the 24 hour access is a simple yet safe system, but above all else the customer service has been second to none.
During my time here, I changed jobs and therefore changed paydays, which caused a direct debit to bounce before making arrangements with titan. Tyrone handled the transition smoothly with a consistent friendly and understanding voice to help accommodate me. He really has gone above and beyond to make the situation as stress free as possible.
I’ve since recommended family members to use Titan and will be returning for any future storage requirements I have.

Superb service
I highly recommend Titan Littlehampton. Having never rented a storage unit before I really didn't know how it all worked. Corinne and Theo were brilliant; helpful, flexible, professional and kind. Everything went very smoothly thanks to them. Very impressive from initial enquiry to having nearly all my worldly goods in one of their units.

We used Titan Poole, as we were updating our kitchen, and needed to empty everything!
From the first meeting we found the staff to be both extremely helpful, the facility itself was clean and efficiently run. Giving us easy and secure acces 24/7.
Staff kept us up todate and informed, this is the 2nd time we have used Titan and will not hesitate to use again when necessary. Thanks Titan!

Great customer service from Corinne and…
Great customer service from Corinne and Theo at Titan storage. Theo talked me through the initial process and showed me the size of units available and a detailed tour of the site. Quickly filling the first unit we required a second at short notice and Corinne sorted that for us with ease making everything as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Titan storage Littlehampton, Corrine and Theo were both helpful and professional.

Excellent customer service from Corinne and Theo at the Littlehampton storage unit. Theo provided the initial tour of their facilities, showing me a couple of different sized units, which were very clean with a nice temperature level. Theo took my booking and explained the process in great detail. I would definitely use Titan again off the back of my recent experience. Mick

I took out a storage unit at Titan in Littlehampton about a year ago, as I was preparing for a house move and wanted to clear the decks a bit. Douglas and Kay talked me through the whole process and made it all extremely easy to sign up.
Having the storage space was so helpful, both before and after the move, and took a lot of the stress out of moving.
Access has never ben a problem and I was lucky to be given a Unit very near the loading bay.
Since then I have been in contact with Matt, Theo and Corinne, all of whom have been absolutely lovely.
I have now 'checked out' (which again was made extremely easy) but will nor hesitate to go back in future, or to recommend Titan Littlehampton to anybody and everybody I know!

Tyrone is such a fantastic, knowledgable, and customer centric guy, what he doesn’t know about storage isn’t worth knowing, there was no pushy sales, just kind courteous and very rare fantastic customer service and the unit is amazing, every thing is clean, instructions are easy to follow and I’m just looking for excuses now so I can keep something in storage for longer!
