We love our toniebox and it gets used daily. We have the tb2 and the lite. Can’t wait for christmas to expand our collection. Also customer services are really helpful, and great with feedback!

Fantastic! Really pleased with the product! Amazing idea!

Ordered an advent calendar, paid and waited delivery. Royal Mail advised they've returned the parcel for insufficent address details.
Can’t get past AI assistant to get any lucid help. How do you contact customer service for this company, seems bon-existent to message a real person….

Really easy to use and set up. The app is really good and has little free stories and songs.
It also notifies you when the box doesn't have a lot of charge which is a handy feature. Both my daughter and my nephew love it and really quickly learned to turn it on and change the volume themselves which is amazing!

My son absolutely loves his Pokemon Tonies! What a great addition to keep the older kids entertained - Pikachu is his favourite.

Our children love the toniebox. Our older son has over 70 in his collection and he uses it everyday! The characters are vibrant, easy to hold and lifelike x

Our daughter purchased a Toniebox 2 to replace our original Toniebox. Our granddaughters love the new version and the Tonieplay (we have three so far and they particularly like Gabby's Cat-tastic Scavenger Hunt). We are looking forward to purchasing more games and Tonies.

Purchase went okay, the children really wanted to try the games and they weren’t disappointed, fabulous way of playing these games. Came through royal mail and left on door step, better options for delivery like a safe pick up point would be preferred.

We purchased the tonie box 2 for my son for his 1st birthday.
4 months & 21 tonies later I can truthfully say we absolutely love it.
It is a great alternative to screens and simple enough for my 16 month old to control himself.
He uses it daily and has a mixture of musical, 1st tonies, extension packs and stories.

Some of his favourites are the farm and jungle first tonies, playtime & action songs 2, the Gruffalo, Ben (from Ben & holly), Caspar babypants and Paddington.

The tonies app is easy to navigate and allows parents to remotely control the tonies box from their phones. You can set night light timers, max volume, brightness etc and you can see each tonie you have registered to your box.

I am aware that some tonies from films etc don’t have the real characters voices on, however if this is something that would bother you, you can easily listen to a snippet of the tonies on the website before you purchase to check.

The creative tonie allows parents to download up to 90 mins of their own content for your child to play. This could even be your own voice reading their favourite bedtime story or songs your child enjoys. The tonies app also has lots of freebies available to download to the creative tonies and demos of other tonies.

Tonies are easy to purchase (when in stock) and they hold TikTok lives regularly offering flash sales and giveaways.

I have never had to use their customer service as I have never had a problem.

Overall, I would definitely recommend tonies to families with little ones :)

Wasn't sure about this product as nobody I knew had one, our little one absolutely loves it, would recommend to anyone :)

We had a problem with our Toniebox and received a replacement so quickly! The customer service team were so kind, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, making everything quick and easy.

My little boy is 8, severely autistic and non verbal. He absolutely adores his Tonies. It gives him so much choice and control. It also brings him comfort and company when he wakes at 3am for what we affectionately call, his witching hour! My only change would be having the control to set the volume so the child cannot change it independently-whilst I love Julia Donaldson I could do without the 3am Gruffalo alarm!

We LOVE our tonie 2 box. We have had it around 1 year and my little boy has it on daily. The choice of characters that are available is outstanding. There is definitely something there for everyone.

When we first bought the tonie we thought we were missing a creative figure, we emailed Tonie directly and they had a very quick reply addressing the issue and resolving it. I cannot fault their customer service.

We have just ventured out to the Tonie play recently. We have played paw patrol, winnie the pooh, number blocks. Again i can not fault these games. We have kept the bluey one for christmas.

My little boy is currently 2.5 years old but I will hold my hands up and say Tonies could be used from birth, the choice of white nose tonies to help sooth the little ones is great. We use sleepy penguin every night.

It took me a while to understand why I should invest in a Toniesbox rather than putting music/stories on the Alexa, but I'm glad I took the plunge to buy one because my 2 year old little girl LOVES her box and being able to control the characters herself.

She hasn't asked for the TV/YouTube half as often since buying it and I LOVE that it's screen free!

Would sincerely recommend!

Our Tonies box has been a feature from 4months for our little one and us parents too you dont realise how much you need that sleepy sheep to wind you down after a day until your shoulders drop. From providing calming music before bed,stories for the morning feed and the music for more energetic moments, it's well and truely part of out daily routine. Having a tonie box makes for an affordable gift option too, for friends and family to add to our collection.

What a fantastic company and experience from start to finish. My little girl loves her Tonies box and looks forward to picking her favourite characters for us to listen too every bedtime. Unfortunately her tonies box stopped working but thanks to the amazing customer service, a replacement box has been sent straight to us. A brilliant box that both my children love. Initially bought my 4 year old son one for his birthday but my 7 year old daughter loved it so much we had to get her one too.

A joy of a company to deal with. We had a technical issue with our original box and it was replaced after we tried to resolve the issues and a replacement was sent straight away.

Several times we’ve ordered tonies and accessories from the company directly and we have received complimentary tonies much to our son’s delight.

The website always has great offers on to compliment the products already, I think, good prices and even sends my son a gift voucher each year to use on his birthday.

The product itself is fantastic, the company great to deal with, massive variety to suit all tastes and ages. I cannot rate them highly enough.

In the digital age, a screen free way to keep kids entertained is invaluable and the Tonie box ticks all the boxes.

Can’t recommend highly enough and even our 1 year old daughter can’t get enough of her brothers tonies so she’ll be a devout user too, no doubt.
