What a fantastic company and experience from start to finish. My little girl loves her Tonies box and looks forward to picking her favourite characters for us to listen too every bedtime. Unfortunately her tonies box stopped working but thanks to the amazing customer service, a replacement box has been sent straight to us. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and guided us through what we needed to do. What a brilliant standard of customer service set by Tonies and their fantastic team 💫

A brilliant box that both my children love. Initially bought my 4 year old son one for his birthday but my 7 year old daughter loved it so much we had to get her one too.

A joy of a company to deal with. We had a technical issue with our original box and it was replaced after we tried to resolve the issues and a replacement was sent straight away.

Several times we’ve ordered tonies and accessories from the company directly and we have received complimentary tonies much to our son’s delight.

The website always has great offers on to compliment the products already, I think, good prices and even sends my son a gift voucher each year to use on his birthday.

The product itself is fantastic, the company great to deal with, massive variety to suit all tastes and ages. I cannot rate them highly enough.

In the digital age, a screen free way to keep kids entertained is invaluable and the Tonie box ticks all the boxes.

Can’t recommend highly enough and even our 1 year old daughter can’t get enough of her brothers tonies so she’ll be a devout user too, no doubt.

My purchases from Tonie have always been great.The correspondence exceptional they went above and beyond to get my order out immediately as requested. All the tones have been of great quality however my favourite tonies are the recording ones this allows me to record/ read to my 6 year old granddaughter in Austria Enid Blyton stories on a daily basis . It also allows me to sing nursery rhymes to my two youngest granddaughters one in Austria and one in Dorset uk .This is so important for them and me as it contributes towards ensuring even if there are alot of miles between us we are still able to share special time together ❤️ Life would not be the same with out our special Tonie time together it enhances are video call conversations and they each have their own Nanoo and Nanju tonies ( thats what they call me )

We bought the Tonie box 2 for our daughter’s first birthday and it was the best gift ever, it would’ve been great even earlier than 1 year. Now, at 17 months we are using the box every day during the day to sing and listen stories and during the night with white noise. It worth every single penny. We have a little collection of 23 tonies and we are very happy with them, even us, the adults.

I contacted the Tonie customer support team after my son’s Tonie box stopped working.

The customer service I received was amazing. They handled my query so quickly and sent a new one out to replace. It makes such a difference to have great customer service, thank you ☺️

We use the tonie box everyday in our house and have done for the last 3 years. The support is exceptional and instructions are easy to follow. There’s also such a wide range of tonies available to suit ages from babies and toddlers as well as older children. I know we will continue using it for years to come, it’s a fantastic investment. It also makes for really easy presents for the family to buy our little one

Fantastic product. The only downside is that it’s that good, I keep buying more figurines!

My daughter has just turned 6. I bought the tonie box for her 2nd birthday. We have it on every night. Without fail. It has been worth its weight in gold. I dread to think how much I have spent on her collection of the characters but honestly, it's a worth while investment. When she has outgrown it - I will probably just upgrade the box to the newer one (although no need, as at the moment - our original one works absolutely fine - even though it is 5 years old!) and let my son have her collection! Or get him his own one. The app is really good and you can get free songs and things on it to put on the creative tonie which is a nice little added touch. I haven't had to use the customer support or service before. As any issues I have had (connecting to new Internet in new house!) they have really good clear and precise instructions manuals for built into the app. None of the impossible to read stuff you get from other kids things. So glad I got the tonie. It has been a parenting gold for me. I hope and think it will, be in my family for a long time. X

Lovely products, kids love them

The Tonies Box itself was a fantastic product. The figures made listening to stories and music interactive and engaging, and it was something children of different ages could enjoy.

Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service has left us very disappointed. We had an issue with our box while it was still within its warranty period, but because it had been purchased through Amazon, Tonies advised that there was nothing they could do. The only option offered was a refund through Amazon.

The problem with this is that we had the original Tonies Box, and with the newer Tonies 2 now available, there were no replacements available for our model. Essentially, we were left having to spend more money to upgrade to the newer version if we wanted to continue using the product.

We have invested a considerable amount of money in Tonies characters, and it is incredibly frustrating to now be left with a collection that we can no longer use because of an issue with the box itself. It feels disappointing that there was no replacement option or practical solution to help existing customers in this situation.

Although we loved the concept and the product itself, this experience has put us off purchasing from Tonies again. We won’t be buying the newer version in case the same thing happens again, and we have now purchased a Yoto Player instead.

A great idea and a product children love, but the lack of a satisfactory solution when something goes wrong has unfortunately cost them a customer.

Wow! Customer service went above and beyond, I first emailed at silly o’clock at night and got a reply within a few minutes. I was happily surprised, they were so helpful and dealt with my issue promptly.

We love our Toniebox 2 and the games that go with it! My son falls asleep listening to it every night and the parent app is excellent for setting a sleep timer plus night light

Recently got the Monopoly game and it’s brilliant for 7+. Simple instructions to follow from Mr Monopoly and encourages listening and following skills

We brought our son a Tonie Box for his first birthday & it became part of his daily bedtime routine. Unfortunately it stopped working recently as it wouldn't charge efficiently, then it would randomly power itself on without being touched and if by some miracle i could get it to turn on, it would soon go off again even if the app showed it had battery. I went online and tried all the usual resets to no avail. So I went back online again to find their customer services, in hope i could get it repaired or replaced as it was only just a year old. I managed to speak to an agent & was asked a range of questions, asked to send videos showing I was doing the reset and photos of the Tonie Box etc, but then I was asked to submit a claim form and had to re-do all these things again. I found this a bit of a waste of time for both myself and the agent who initially asked me all the same questions. This is my reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5, because in all honesty, the agents who I had dealt with were very polite, understanding & helpful, its solely the repetitive process that let it down for me.
We love Tonies in our house, my son rushes up to chose out his character at nap & night time, we’ve spent a small fortune on the set up, offical Tonies additional chargers and of course all the characters we currently own. He still loves a book during the day but at bedtime it’s his Tonie Box or nothing!

£4 for a return?

Postage was fast. Item itself is brilliant. Tonie box 2 is soft yet durable. Super easy to set up, adding new tonie characters is as simple as placing them on too and off you go.
My daughter is neuro-divergant and I wanted desperately to reduce screen time. She currently has 3 tonies (with more stored away to be drip fed to her when she needs them) and she dances and sings all day. Burning off energy while having fun. Im so excited to get more tonies for her.
I had a small issue when it arrived, as the batter was dead dead. And it took a while to turn on. I contacted customer service and they were brilliant. Helped me trouble shoot the box.

If I could've given a zero 'star' I would've. I purchased 3 full price (Not a starter kit or bundle pack) individual tonie figures and a.) I did not receive a confirmation e-mail so I did not have an order number so b.) when I needed to return one (unopened and sealed) I could not use their online return. After wasting over 2 hours on their AI assistant where I had to answer the same questions several times, I gave up! Lovely product but terrible customer service from Tonies UK! Please take note and purchase from Amazon or alternative.

Our tonie box of 2 years unfortunately stopped working last week. I reached out in the hopes they could help. And help they did! Within a week i recieved a new tonie box.

Communication was amazing from start to finish. Very happy with the service
