Jessica was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions and getting quotes and proofs over to us for approval. The water bottles have arrived looking very smart. We will definitely be using Total Merchandise again.

Great products and customer experience
I've used Total Merchandise a number of times over the past few years and have always been happy with the service and products. Many thanks to Eloise for a great job done this year with our Xmas bags, it was a challenge due to issues on our side, but she persevered and got our product out exactly as we wanted on time and on budget. Highly recommend Total Merchandise
I've used Total Merchandise a few times now, most recently for personalised keyrings, and have always had a brilliant experience. The keyrings were great quality and delivered on time. Poppy S is our account manager, they were very helpful and responsive at every step. Highly recommend.

Your customer service is disconnected and response time very poor. Very disappointed and will never order from your company again.

Thank you for taking the time to review your Total Merchandise experience and we’re sorry to read your feedback.
From our internal investigation, we can see two orders were placed when only one was required, and that the incorrect order was paid for. This resulted in the wrong order moving into production, meaning the correct order couldn’t be delivered in time for your deadline. We can see that our Sales Team Leader has been in touch to resolve this extremely unusual situation, and we can only apologise for the frustration and confusion this would have caused, especially with the deadline involved.
Regarding the delay in communication: it’s been an extremely busy period for us, and while our team responds to all emails as promptly as they can (and can always be contacted via telephone, as well), we appreciate that sometimes this still just isn’t quick enough – and for that we apologise.
Total Merch were great!
Our account manager Eloise French was extremely responsive and friendly throughout our latest order, giving us regular updates, which was appreciated.
Can't recommend total merch enough !

Outstanding service, very happy with the outcome
We recently purchased branded water bottles and notebooks for our event, and the service we received from Alice Ponting, our Merchandising Consultant, was outstanding from start to finish.
Alice was professional, friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us meet a very tight deadline. She provided excellent product recommendations, suggested alternative options where appropriate, and kept us updated throughout the process. Her attention to detail and proactive follow-up meant we always felt informed and supported.
It was clear that our order was in very capable hands, and Alice's commitment to delivering a seamless experience gave us complete confidence throughout. She is a real asset to the team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Alice and the company to others. Thank you for such excellent service!

We have previously used Total Merchandise so was grateful that as a returning customer I didn't need to dig out or make up new design files to get my re-order underway. Poppy S was very helpful and made the whole process easy and a joy to work with.

Less than useless.
Response to messages on telephone and email very slow. After approving visuals, I was sent a 2nd to approve that was wrong. Afer a few days a 3rd visual was sent and I approved. Days later, told items were out of stock. Days later, given an alternative product. After a lot of wasted time my delivery was 5 days late. It arrived 24 hours before I needed it and had the wrong printing on it - the 2nd visual I had not approved. After a phone call with a completely uninterested sales person and no apology what so ever, I was emailed labels to return the 2 boxes of useless products. No customer service at all. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Hi Penny, we're so sorry to read your review. From looking into your order, we can see that our third-party supplier accidentally printed the incorrect proof. As soon as we were aware of the issue, our team worked with you to arrange collection and issue a full refund.
We can only apologise for the stress this caused – especially with your tight timeframe – and fully appreciate how frustrating this situation would have been. Please be assured that this is far from the usual experience we offer our clients and we hope very much to get another chance to provide you with our usual 5* service.
Pens for Expo Giveaway
We approached Total Merchandise for some giveaways for a Expo we were doing. Time was fairly short but the Support from Eloise was great throughout - from selection of products, approval of artwork and confirmation of delivery dates, communication was clear and reasonably quick. The pens we ordered arrived on the promised date and we're really happy with the quality of the product and the printing. Would happily recommend
