Cannot get through to them to cancel order. Impossibly difficult customer service. Cannot recommend on this level alone.

Woeful customer service . Ordered an item and not recieved or even posted as far as I can tell from rubbish customer interaction page

The worst company ever,
I have ordered 2 tools 28.03.26 and I have fully paid including delivery charge! all I have got confirmation email, until today I have nothing from them although it says 3-5 working days delivery, so been 11 days no dispatch no any information about what is going on !!!! I need the tools, I have contacted them through online chat and they said we are offline now will contact you as soon as possible and nothing happened again . It was big mistake dealing with unreliable company and highly I recommended. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolutely shocking service. Item has not arrived. Not even showing as dispatched some 5+ days after purchasing. 🤯
Have tried numerous times to reach out to find out what’s going on with absolutely no response. Tried online chat, email and phoning….. literally no response. It’s like the company has gone out of business but still taking customers money……? Sadly looking like little option but to file ‘fraudulent’ claim through my bank.
My advise, based on my first experience, stay well clear of this company.

Items ordered over a week ago not received and unable to get a response leaving me extremely distressed .

Easy ordering process and delivered on time after another company let me down. Would highly recommend and will use again

This is the second time this company had allowed me to place an order, then a few days later, said they are sold out.
My guess, is they never had stock, but they'll take your money, earn a bit of interest in it, then refund you the original amount.
In this day and age of computers, you expect me to believe you can not have a website with up to the minute stock levels?

Good product, good delivery

Ordered a loft hatch early January (3rd) for a job scheduled for 7th. After no contact for several days was informed the order was out of stock but that it would be sent out by express delivery asap. Finally got the item today,21st January. Should have cancelled looking back on it but didn't. Never use them again though.

Cannot fault. Excellent service.

Delivery was prompt and could track at all times arrived on time .

Equipment arrived promptly and in good condition.

Good product reasonable price and prompt delivery

Fabulous service. Clear and precise website. Delivered on time. Great product. The only blemish was one of the screws was not cut well and I had to find a replacement from my spares.

Sorry only One star down from top marks because my Sievert Gas pipe never left you guys on the
1 Dec 2025 as scheduled ... I ordered online
4 hours before the cut off time for same day dispatch / next day delivery ........but unfortunately due to IT issues your TCD end the flexi orange gas pipe never left you that day ,
TCD Staff assured me when I telephoned them on 2nd December 2025 mid morning that it would leave 100% that afternoon and be with me the following day ,,,,, also TCD refunded me half of my next working delivery charge too. .

Main UK stock holder of this Sievert Swedish propane gas pipe has 200units in stock in Kettering Northants but could not sell one to me direct .... they communicated with their estimated mad delivery time lines of 10 to 15 working days delivered to a business that deals with them it was out of the question as I could not work without this replacement gas pipe ,

So TCD confirmed on the telephone at midday on the 1st December 2025 that they actually had 2 x Sievert orange propane hoses in stock so I ordered one off TCD via their online shop

All in all a positive outcome
