I've been using transact for 3 years, the team have been first class in every aspect, communication on a weekly basis is very detailed, the confidence it's given me in my decision to retire was very much appreciated. Very Useful Platform
I have had access to Transact for the last 7 or 8 years and I find it an excellent platform to view investments.
It is easy to understand and gives plenty of detail if you need it.

Long term Transact user
I'm an adviser, and I've worked with Transact for over a decade.
They aren't perfect, and they can be a bit stodgy at times, and they aren't quite as responsive as they were when they were tiny almost 15 years ago. But they're relentlessly honest, don't make many mistakes, always admit when they have and fix them. Their capability has steadily improved over that time.
We regularly review our platforms, and insurance or investment companies, and there isn't really a better overall combination for us and our clients. There are some damn good platofrms out there (and some shockers) but Transact does the job better than most of them all the time, and all of them quite a bit of the time.
