Prompt delivery, however, product was damaged upon receipt.
Customer Services responded quickly and compensated me (with a replacement) in a friendly/efficient manner. Second delivery, again prompt, was undamaged.

Bought a 1Litre tin of Zinsser AllCoat (Water Based) Exterior Satin white about four days ago , considering I live in Devon I was mighty impressed with delivery time and excellent packaging. It was also the cheapest online. I would definitely use this company again.

Product code of the picture at the time of buying AE0210001E8 have just checked the website now 26/3 and the picture is now updated I would give a minus rating if I could have been sent the complete wrong spray paint the picture in their website is false advertising it is of o totally different rust oleum spray paint when I have told them they tried to fob me off saying rustoleum have changed the packaging in actual fact it is to different product code and I am now having to pay the postage to return it so I can get a refund I spent over £35 I am appalled with there customer service as well vey bad experience would give a minus rating if I could…
