Very poor service
Very poor service! Ordered 4 x rustins plastic wood 3 weeks ago and has not arrived. Rang customer service twice, then today I was told it wasn’t in stock and given very poor excuses! Wear house fire at Rustins??? So this company took my money, knowing that the items where not in stock and I had to chase for a refund, not convinced I will get a refund to be honest.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! A disgrace of a company. Advertising items for sale they don't even have in stock but still taking a payment, then they charge full postage, often more than what normal postage costs are.

Worst customer service ever!
It is now January 2018.
Shortages from an order placed in November 2017 have still not been addressed despite numerous emails and phone calls to the 'sales manager' Peter Wilkinson.
My emails and attempts to speak with the company by phone are now being deliberately ignored.
I am furious with this company as their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.
Avoid!
