Way too slow delivery.
I ordered a couple of tubes of sealant for an urgent job on a motorhome; I ordered them in the early hours of Thursday morning in the hope that they'd be dispatched the same day to arrive by Saturday at the latest as the motorhome was needed for use on Sunday. No such luck, they finally arrived the following Wednesday, 6 days after my order. In my book that's too long so I won't be ordering from them again.

Got there in the end
Got there in the end. Finally received the outstanding item. Was 'told' that it had been damaged in transit and was resent. It didn't help the fact the I'd tried different ways of contacting them with no response and didn't get a reply from them until the day after posting a bad review. They did apologise. So when asked to review again I'd improve their score. Only fair.

The Briwax arrived promptly. The lid was slightly ill-fitting which was perhaps why it had been taped down. Otherwise all was fine.
